Staff who answers the phones are 100% RUDE! They don’t seem to care about their patients. They need to learn customer service. For a health center, they aren’t very clean either. Their chairs are gross.

My dad has received bad service here I am so disappoint with this clinic I myself have been a patient here since I was a teen but my dad has been seeing this dr Muhammad he has done so many mistake I’m surprised someone hasn’t died and for the people that are in charged with your records are so ignorant I’ve seen people complaint and get upset when you or anyone does complain we have spoken to the supervisor and they will correct the mistake for one time but it still continues so BEWARE!!! So for the current patient don’t always trust what they say ask questions get second options and follow up with them if not it will be yeArs before you get results.
