It’s closed, this store was great and I loved the location They have other locations Sherman Oaks, woodland hills, studio city. Maybe they should put on their website that the Brentwood store closed

Cute clothes but the service and employees are not friendly whatsoever. I’d rather buy from other stores on Montana that carry that same affordable clothes/brands. The past few times I’ve gone in, no one said hi and they barely acknowledged i was there. The very last time i went, it was around 5:15pm and the older lady who was working told me «i have to be somewhere right after work and you need to scoot at 6pm». I thought that was very rude. It would have been OK if she said that during the second half of the hour and asked in a nicer tone. I haven’t been back since and do not plan to.

Soto Woodland Hills has been a longtime favorite, fun clothing and trinkets, good and friendly customer service. And now, the only Soto store I’ll frequent. The Brentwood store is seriously lacking customer service, the employees don’t bother to greet people waking in the door, and are too busy gossiping about customers. They seem annoyed at the disruption of answering questions and ringing up purchases. Today’s the 3rd visit experiencing this, no thanks.

Soto is a dangerous, dangerous place. I live close to the store, but avoided it for over a year. Without going inside, I could tell it was a trap… perfectly polished mannequins, effortlessly draped sweaters, the occasional rockin pair of boots in the window… they all spelled trouble for my grad school budget. But one day, on a trip to the neighboring Subway, something possessed me and I decided to venture inside. Two feet into the door, I had already found at least 5 items I wanted –no, needed– and could feel regret boiling in my stomach as I slowly uncovered the first price tag. $ 36 THIRTY-SIXDOLLARS?!? Like, US dollars?! Holy crap. That’s cheap! Needless to say, everything was a lot more affordable than I imagined. This makes Soto fantastic, but it’s also the reason that Soto is dangerous. It’s easy to find a lot of cute items — which on their own are cheap — but add up to a much healthier sum. 4 stars because I think the customer service could improve… I’m not surprised by Coolcat K’s review. The ladies working were nice enough, but no where near as friendly as they could be. Even worse, it’s probably because I’m a normal human being. I’m sure they’re really sweet to celebrities.

I would never go back into this store. I went in there today, Black Friday, and there were two young girls behind the counter. When we first walked in they were busy eating so they did not bother to greet us until some other customers walked in and one girl goes«i guess ill put my food away.» 10 minutes later they had still not come out from behind the counter. I learned more about their nightly plans than I did about any of the clothes in the store. They sat and gossiped the entire time. When I finally found an item that I liked, there was no price tag on it. When i asked the woman how much it was she said one was $ 22 and one was $ 19 but they were all marked $ 19 except mine which did not have the design and no tag so one would think it would have been the cheaper one. When I asked about this she said«oh well i guess they are all $ 22 and need to be retagged.» I asked if because they more expensive one was tagged at $ 19(a price she would have to but was not willing to honor) would she sell the less expensive for $ 16 since she originally told me there should be a $ 3 price difference. She said no, they were all $ 22. This was ridiculous. She went on and on about how they were a mom and pop store and could not accommodate to the customers needs. Why would I ever want to shop there then? Especially on black friday when every other store is having a sale. She would rather make zero dollars instead of give me the item for a cheaper price because there was no tag and they were mis-marked. This is not the first time that I have been in this store. They hire these girls that are SO young and SO unfriendly. All they do is talk to themselves and never help you. Terrible customer service and makes you feel uncomfortable to even be in the store. I know the owner and she is such a sweet woman but this was unacceptable.

This is a great store! Good selection of sweaters, tops, jeans and accessories at very reasonable prices. I got 2 pairs of jeans here for $ 40 each. Located next to Subway on the west side of Barrington court. Limited parking spaces, but there are spaces available.
