This place is a hidden gem in Van Nuys. We have gone there for breakfast and dinner before and both times the food and service was amazing! Definitely dining there more. We choose to sit on the outside patio. They have umbrellas and overhead heating so we have dined comfortably here. All I can say is WHOA! The food is amazing. Try for yourself. I had a chicken (forgot the name) with lemon potatoes before-​to die for. OMG. It was sooooo good! We also had breakfast-​clean good gourmet food is all I can say. I had the steak breakfast. perfect. My husband had the whole nine. Loved it-​and trust me-he’s hard to please. Sophies is truly a hidden gem. Our server was Kristen and the chef-​I honestly don’t remember her name-​but shes really nice as I thanked her for the great meal… this beats going to downtown or Hollywood. Fine dining in Van Nuys is here! You will not be disappointed. Damn good food. They also serve alcohol. Go!
