I decided to update this review because I needed to let you know that massage at night when you are tired and stressed is heaven. No more do you need to wait for your masseuse who says she can see you next Thursday. No more do you have to feel ashamed about wanting it NOW at 11 at night. And each soul that gives touch, each set of elbows and hands that mold the stress away do so differently. There are numerous ways of rolling hand thunder to melt your thoughts and leave you blissfully tumbling into bed after they leave with your fluffy robe and squeezed out body. I am a masseuse so of course I want people who see me to want me back but I myself have three favorites and love variety. Have fun. Soothe is an idea that was born in the realm of «answered prayer» for the weary.

The therapists are very kind and know how to give great massages. It is also so convenient that they come to where ever you are.

Company said I was eliminated and I asked for an explanation because I have never stole any of their clients, or did anything to disrupt my contractor status, and when clients asked me if the tip was included I just said we get a flat rate we don’t get tipped. Is that wrong or should I lie in front of God and go with the program?
They never gave me an explanation so I started my own company. Blessings to you Soothe God blesses good and bad alike.
I was grateful for that 70.00 per hour & miss it, but if you are going to say Gratuity on us, make sure we are getting it and don’t lie at your providers expense, because its not true Soothe.

Soothe — Atlanta Georgia. I cannot recommend Soothe based on their Gift Certificate Policy. If you purchase a Gift Certificate the individual that redeems the Gift Certificate is required to create an account with Soothe. This includes having to give their CREDIT CARD information and numbers.
I cant for the life of me understand why a Gift Certificate recipient would have to give such information.
I had email and online conversations with Soothe about this and was not given what I would say was a good answer on why. The answer I received was «The reason we ask for credit cards is to confirm you are a real person and that you do have an active credit card.» Why would you need the credit card info for someone using a gift card that has already been paid for in full?
Doesn’t make sense to me. For that reason I cannot endorse or recommend Soothe.

Initially I was skeptical about having some random stranger coming to my house in the middle of the night. Sounded like some type of new escort service that I was just hearing about?! But one of my clients insisted that this was the real deal and boy they weren’t kidding! I work as a barber (Etiquette Barbers) in Downtown Los Angeles and have an extremely busy schedule, typically 9am-​9pm. So you can imagine the wear and tear that puts on my body. Leaving me with very few options to get some much needed relief. When I found out that the took appointments all the way up to MIDNIGHT I had to at least give it a try.
I must say that this was one of the most convenient, relaxing and professional experiences that I have ever had. When my massage therapist showed up 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment she had her table and fresh linens set up and ready to go before I was even stripped down to my underwear. She asked me where i was feeling pain and what pressure I was looking to receive confirming the option I had chosen from the user friendly app. She then asked me to lay down while she used the restroom to wash her hands. I appreciate the fact that they practice cleanliness. I set the mood with candles and tranquil music from my mobile bose speaker and for the next hour and a half I went to pleasure town. I could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable of the human anatomy because she knew exactly where to apply pressure and it never felt lazy or rushed. When time was up and I emerged from zen I felt like I had ascended from my own body. No transaction and no tip necessary as your account information is saved on file. The best part about it was that I was able to walk across my loft to my room and go straight to bed!

My 10 years old sister can do better massage. Absolutely not a professional massage therapy. Deep tissue massage doesn’t mean push harder. Plus my chest was tied not my back. Very poor knowledge of massage therapy. I think corporate must pay more to the massage therapist or do some seminars for increasing level of SERVICE.

I booked a couples massage a week ago. One therapist, Linh L., never showed up, which caused the other therapist to cancel as well. Soothe offered to reschedule my 90 minute appointment to 9:15 (an hour and forty-​five minutes late) though they couldn’t promise that any therapists would be available.
They did, however, give me a credit for the missed appointment and I just had my first «official» Soothe experience. My massage was wonderful, and I really appreciate the fact that Soothe’s support team was polite and apologetic concerning the first mishap. I will definitely use this service again!

Aside from Über and Class Pass, this is the the most sensible service ever created. If you are a fan of massages, you wont be disappointed. Though I’ve only had one therapist, Monica B., I couldn’t be more happier with the professionalism and service. I workout a lot, so getting my muscles treated is a must. If I were to give one complaint, I would say not knowing much about the therapist before he or she arrives is a bit disconcerting. Luckily, Monica was just so damn good!
Hopefully, they will come up with a membership program like Class Pass. I would absolutely subscribe!

Great massage! BUT i thought the tip was built– in. When i me tion it after my massage, my therapist said «i accept tips.» Ok. So i gave her a 20. So that was $ 120 for an hour massage. That is just not what i had expected– not what they are selling. Beware.

Very disappointed. I scheduled a massage with about about a week’s notice and my therapist never arrived. 30mins after the appointment was supposed to start, I called Soothe customer service to let them know the therapist wasn’t here and the representative said she would call the therapist and find out what was going on and she would call me right back. About 20mins later she called back and said the therapist had car trouble in an area with no cell service. I’m not sure I buy that… Houston is a major city, it’s not like we are out in the middle of nowhere.
The representative rescheduled me with another therapist later in the day, then Soothe changed the assigned therapist, then an hour before my rescheduled appointment I got a text saying no one was available at the new time and asking if would I like to reschedule.
I went ahead and told them to cancel since it would be more than 1 week until I was available again due to onsite training next week. I hope I’m not charged in error for an appointment that never happened.
What a bummer.

Soothe is like Über for massages, and just as amazing :)
My boyfriend ordered a massage for me the day after Christmas and I absolutely loved the experience! I had never heard of Soothe but the concept is brilliant: Select the type of massage you want from the app and enjoy that massage right in the comfort of your own home! You really cannot beat that! My masseuse arrived on time and set up her table immediately. The massage itself was just wonderful. After experiencing Soothe, I think it is the best way to get a massage and I cannot wait to order another. There is something about getting a massage right at home that makes it even more relaxing.
I would have liked to pick the type of music that was played during my massage, and I’m sure that is possible, but my masseuse just didn’t mention it… and I didn’t think about it until I realized I was listening to Pandora commercials in between songs.

Let me start off by saying I was a little weary of this at first but man am I glad I tried it. This was the BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever had!
I’ve been getting massages for years, have had memberships with all the chains, am a regular of private therapists etc, but no one has compared to Michele M. in LA. She made me feel super comfortable the whole time and made the tiny hotel space work by moving whatever she needed to around. She really worked all my knots ans was very thorough. I feel incredible and obly wish i would have booked more time.
I’ve been on planes all day and I will be on them tomorrow and this was just what I needed and more. Highly recommend Soothe. This will definitely be my go to massage service moving forward!

OH MY PUUUUURE & RELAXING GOODNESS!!! Our original plan was to go to Wi Spa and get rubbed down over there after devouring boiling crab… Lol Since they didn’t have anything available for us we decided to call Soothe for our plan b. I’m so glad we did!
We requested for 5 masseuses for a 90 minute massage for the 5 of us and it was THE BEST massage EVER!!! Even though it was a last minute request they were able to accommodate us for that many masseuses. They came with their own equipment (bed, blanket, oil, lotion and music). I asked my lady for a deep tissue massage and I totally passed the f*** out right after. Everyone was in a daze right after they were done with their massage… Lol
I TOTALLY recommend this company. They both have man or woman masseuses available. I do recommend requesting them ahead of time depending on the location you’re in. They’re really sweet and professional. They come to your home which is great AND no need to drive ANYWHERE before and after a great massage.
