I bought a set of electric cigarette product from them lest then 2 weeks ago ($ 38 total). The battery stopped working after 1 charge and the charger melted after I tried recharging the battery.
When I took it back to the store hoping for basic customer service, the guy started arguing loudly that I dunno what you did with this and I won’t replace it! Keep in mind the battery is $ 8.99 on amazon and they gladly replace any faulty product. I paid an extra $ 5 to this guy but he wouldn’t have the courtesy to take a $ 3 hit and keep a customer!
He said: «This is not best buy and we dont take nothing back or replace!»
So if you buy anything, make sure you understand thats there is no customer service at this store! Probably because his business is so bad that he has to be this cheap and rude!

I was in the area visiting a friend and forgot my pipe home and i know you know how bad it sucks when you need and don’t have it, so i went in to get a pipe and ended up buying a bong for an amazing price and gotta say got one of the best costumer services i ever experienced in a smoke shop. They got plenty of good glass with very reasonable prices. Give them a try

In Westwood visiting and delivering some furniture to some bruins. Buddy was needing a new piece, had seen this spot on here and noticed the 25% off select glass pieces. We went to the store and were looking at what they have, buddy made a selection really quick. Small store, but they did have a good amount of quality stuff. I asked the guy about the discount, he was more than happy to make it happen. Overall, a really good experience out in LA. If your in the UCLA area and need some smoke accessories, definitely a spot to check out!

GREAT PLACE. Love this store and it’s owners. They are always very friendly and happy. I buy all my lottery tickets from them and have always been sold winners. Soda’s are only $ 1.00 which is the cheapest price in all of Westwood. They are great and I hope they expand there cigar selection and take over Fatburger next door.

Not a bad place if you need «Head Shop» paraphernalia in a jiffy. They have a variety of wrappers, incense and blunts. Remember they do not sell the actual «medication»…only the supplies. I do feel like you can find better high-​end, bong deals in downtown or Venice. However if your local and need supplies quickly this is your place. The staff was pretty knowledgeable and I don’t think there are many supply stores locally. Like most «Head Shops» there is nothing that really stands out where I would drive out of my way… it seems more like a local convenience and that’s it.
I love the location next to Fatburger & El Pollo Loco in case you have the munchies.

I make it into Smoke Spot every couple weeks. The staff was helpful finding me the right one.
And, they take care of their regulars as well. Great place to get lotto tickets, too.

I purchased a glass pipe here and took it straight home. When I unwrapped it and filled it with water, the pipe leaked, so I returned it. The man at this store refused to take it back and I was astonished at the lack of customer service! Either he sold me a deficient pipe, in which case he should have exchanged it, or he wrapped it badly and the pipe cracked on the way home. He took zero responsibility and was actually rather rude. I will not be back, and I suggest you save your time and money too!

after all that blue moon, i was cravin some sexy pink camels… but they didn’t have any. :(so i got the green minty ones instead with a little pink camel on it. still cute. yea i know… cigarettes shouldn’t be cute at all.
they carry lots of cute glass pipes. my friend was very interested in them. no, really… it really was my friend.
