I bought my place about a year ago. It was my first home and I was super excited. After moving in I discovered my central A/​C wasn’t working. It was a super hot month and I had to find a solution. I called couple of companies I found on Unilocal and got some estimates. I decided to go with Smart Eco Air because they were responsive, kind, and knowledgeable and they gave me the best price. It’s been a year and my A/​C is working great. i would highly recommend them.

I got a call the other day from Smart Eco Air, the HVAC Company who replaced my old system about a year ago. They said it was a follow up call they are doing for past customers to check their satisfaction from the system. I said why not writing them a review on Unilocal?Since I was very satisfied by their work.
So, in August 2014 I got several estimates from HVAC companies in order to decide which company will do my HCAV project. I had to replace the old A/​C system and the ductwork in the house I just bought. The estimator was extremely patient with all the questions I had (and I had a lot), the price was good (not the lowest but definitely not the highest). I chose working with them after reading their reviews (on Angie’s List) and seeing some of the projects they did (I also got a big display thermostat for FREE).
Very good HVAC Company!
