Usually when I go into work early I come by this location, and I buy a coffee they have a Colombian blend that is to die for. If I worked early on a regular basis I would come here all of the time. In addition the feel is more of like a mom and pops shop the burgers are good, and they make everything on the spot. I come here for the family packs which are relatively cheap; also, I think that the place is very friendly. The feel is pretty cool it’s a place to go with friends and trust me 100 times better then any mainstream burger joint.

Look you’re in the hardest part of town on Washington Blvd. You have El Pollo Loco, Waba Grill, McDonald’s Subway, Chinatown Express, Little Cesar, 7 – 11 and the venerable King Taco. After all that you have all those Food Trucks and fruit vendors. Once, you’ve been around all those food places come here. They have everything you want! Machaca con Huevos, Mojarra Frito(Whole Tillapia with the bones), camarrones a la diabla, pork chops, chilaquiles, family pack for burgers or Crispy Chicken? They got everything! Fries need a little more seasoning but that’s okay! They have everything you’ve wanted to eat and more. Free WiFi ask for the password. Right next to the blue line and Planet Fitness, don’t worry they got salads too.

Maybe I’m over-shooting a bit because I just started working nearby, and I’m not sure I like it much(the area or my job), but Simon’s Burgers was a foodular delight for my lunch break today. I had a truly legit bacon cheeseburger. Everything was topped perfectly, and the fries were hot and delicious. And I only chose something hard to screw up because, as others have mentioned, that menu runs deeeeep. The menu is completely off the chain! Pictures to help you choose. My opinion of prices is that they’re very reasonable for what you get. Service folk were fast and attentive. Spicy chilies? Got em. Ohh, can I get a side of mayo with my to-go order? SUREDID! I dunno if this place is named after Simon of Simon & Garfunkle, Simon of Alvin & The Chipmunks, or Simon, the color-lit memory sequence game of the 1980’s. Probably other famous Simons it could be named for, but I gotta wrap it up. Bottom line; I admire this place for knowing just what it is and embracing it really well, therefore, Ima make like Schwarzenegger and«I’ll be back.»

I love their breakfast burritos… but the woman behind the counter lacks customer service. Besides being annoying as hell, does not really know what customer service is. If you go in try not to interact much with her… good luck.

Just started working right around the corner. So I’ve been looking for places to eat for lunch. I got a bacon cheeseburger combo. Prices are good and tastes a hell of a lot better than any fast food place around!

Ok it is what it is… a burger joint in South LA. Having said that the burger was cooked fresh and was very tasty! The fries were the old fashioned thick cut style and were really good! Topped it off with an orange Fanta… aaahhhhh! Not fair to label this place a burger joint though as based on the menu… and hundreds of pics on the walls… you can get anything from a burrito to Asian food! No idea about that but do give a shout out on the burgers and fries… give them a try!

I finally decided to try this place after driving past it about 2.5 billion times. The non-conformist in me went for the Shredded Beef Enchiladas with Salsa Verde instead of the Burgers. They were delicious! The rice and beans were sensational. It’s a great place to get a meal and watch Two and a Half Men on one of their 40 inch screens just hanging in the dining room. I’ll be back soon.

When this place first opened a few years ago it was kind of a shithole. I live close by and ate there frequently, giving it the benefit of the doubt and trying different things. I decided to give it up altogether. A few days ago For whatever reason I decided to give it another shot. I had the bacon cheeseburger combo(’bout $ 7, which is fair), and my company had the breakfast specials. Club sandwich was pretty good too. No complaints on any end. I’ll definitely try something again soon…

Service was fast at lunch time. Food was great. I got 3 carne asada tacos, and 1 al pastor. Got a coke too to finish the awesome meal. I was really hungry and I gulfed it all down in an instant. I love tacos(who doesn’t?) and the flavors are on point. The place looks okay. Nothing spectacular to the decorations. I like the big menu board.

Avoid this place, a compete rip off 4 average burgers & Mexican food! On the top of the meal charge they tried 2 cover up ripping the customer off 4 the drink by putting it as a «miscellaneous» charge, a large horchata 4 $ 02.50! This pretty much shows that they have no respect 4 their customers.

This place is about 20 steps away from my place, so that wins an automatic star… I thought I would just start with that. I’ve tried almost everything in the menu, I think the best items would probably be the chicken fajitas, chili cheese fries, and the plain ol’ hamburger special. The salads are pretty good too, they used to be a little bigger though, not sure what happened there. I’m not really crazy about the breakfast, for some reason its usually really greasy. No the food isn’t ready very quickly, but it usually isn’t at these kinds of places. I would say that you can compare it to Gus Jr. or Tams if you are familiar with those places.

A small burger joint in L.A., it seemed fairly standard. I tried the bacon cheese burger; the patty was thin, but overall it was good. They certainly don’t skimp out on the fries, which were also good. This isn’t a fast food place; it took about ten minutes for them to make my burger, so it seems they cook-to-order. They share a small parking lot with a few other businesses in their small corner plaza.
