My finacee and I came to the jewelry district to find jewerly for our upcoming wedding. First they were very polite and listen to us. They negotiate prices with us were never rude and quality is great. Ivan was the one who helped us. Now we’re thinking of going back. I need to buy my fiancée he’s wedding gift and he loved a, bracelet they have in stock. Hopefully they can give me a deal. I highly recommend them. Thanks Ivan for all your help.

I came here to buy a ring, but I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted. The man who helped me out was very polite and pointed me to rings that go with my style. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and purchased my jewelry at a reasonable price. Great place!

Haven’t written a review in a really long time but I’ve dusted off the cobwebs to express how I feel about this establishment. This stand is the first one on the right coming straight off the elevator from the parking garage that is above. I told one of the girls that work there (there were three of them) that I wanted to purchase an 18 inch chain, after seeing the different styles I picked one and asked her if it was an 18 inch chain and she measured it and said yes. When I got home I noticed that the length seemed a little off and I measured it with my own ruler and it is actually 17.5 inches. To some, half an inch may not seem like a huge difference but the fact they are taking off a small amount of links (to save money) and lying to customers is a dishonest practice. If they are so hard up for money, lying will not help their business. I would never come back here to buy jewelry. I’ve had a much better experience at XIV Karats in Beverly Hills, not only are they honest but the customer service is one of the best and their prices are just as competitive. The icing on the cake is that they have an actual return policy unlike this place.

I recently just purchased my wedding brand from SIE Jewelry. My fiancé and I went on our lunch break to look for bands for myself. Israel was so professional and made the process so easy we were done in less than 10 minutes. Being a male i didn’t have the perfect wedding band in mind, however Israel showed me a great selection and gave honest input. This is the place to go you will not be disappointed!

My current wedding rings are white gold so I wanted yellow gold to wear when I wear gold jewelry… Nothing super expensive, since I already have my rock, but I wanted the «expensive» look. Lol. If that makes sense., as soon as we approached them they knew exactly what I was looking for. Once I found «the one» I couldn’t get it out of my mind. Walked around and still came back to it. Their service is awesome! Israel saw that I wanted something more to complete the ring. He added another band for a great price! The three together look absolutely beautiful!!! Exactly what I had pictured! He steam cleaned my current bands really quick (included in price) and even gave us some water while we waited,., we never once felt pressured… Or uncomfortable. The transaction was smooth and easy. They have beautiful jewelry! I’m sure I’ll be back. Thank you Israel for all of your help!

My friend and i went on a mission to DTLA. to find his engagement ring. Thinking with so many jewelry stores in DTLA this would be easy. It was not at all. It was getting late and with no food we were just done with the shopping. we got a recommendation from very nice people from a gold buying company. The customer service here is top notch. They worked with my friends budget and really tried to help him find what he was looking for. Israel even gave us water and snacks. Beatriz was just wonderful as well. difintely recommend and will will come back.

Went to SIE to find a matching wedding band for my engagement ring. Talked to Israel and he suggested getting it custom because my ring was a bit oddly shaped. I went with his recommendation and I couldn’t be happier! The fit is perfect! Israel is the best! I even got my rings way ahead schedule! I will definitely go back for any jewelry needs! I love this place! I wanted to purchase a charm, chain, and bracelet, and they pulled out everything til I found the one I liked. My favorite earrings I bought from here and constantly get complimented on them everytime I wear them. Definitely have some unique finds! Great customer service and a big selection to choose from. I’m definitely coming back!

These guys are fantastic! My fiancé and I went shopping in the downtown jewelry district for our engagement rings and the staff at S.I.E were more than accommodating! After being lied to by TWO jewelers in the jewelry district, finding these guys was a heaven sent! They were honest and fairly priced. It was a great thing we stumbled upon this place because not only did I find my engagement ring, but we’re having these guys custom make our wedding bands! AND for a great price!!! Take my word for it. You won’t be disappointed with these guys! They’re not like all the other jewelers in the jewelry district who just try to overcharge or sell you something you didn’t want. They’re honest and their jewelry is top notch!
