I can’t understand the few negative reviews here. I’ve eaten here twice and been delighted. I don’t remember my previous choice, but this time I had cashew chicken. The combo lunches are under $ 6! You can’t get a better deal. The cashew chicken lunch was a bit skimpy, but hey, if you require more food order one of the dinner portions(mostly $ 7.95), or add soup for $ 4.50, or at this price even eat two lunches. The service was entirely friendly and accommodating – seemingly from husband-and-wife owners – I didn’t want the egg roll and at my request the salad was super-sized instead. Both times the food was delicious. The $ 5.95 lunch is available 7 days, 11 am to 3 pm, but don’t come at the last minute as the staff take a lunch break and the place might be shut tight.

We order take out once a week and we are usually happy with our food. However I’m changing the review from 4 stars to 1 star after their poor customer service, they demanded a tip and later said we are no longer wanted as customers because these idiots don’t see I have a crying baby in our hand. We called where we place our order from and were shocked to hear their behavior. Dumb chimps

Great spot to call in a order and pick up. Quick and professional staff. Our normal order is combination rice and orange chicken.

It says close at 9:30 so me and my friends went here until the lady said it’s closed with the attitude. We didn’t get it. Atleast follow your own hours.

Greasy, dry, low quality meat is what i describe this place. Im not trying to be mean but their mint leaf or basil chicken is the worst ive ever had at a thai place. I literally ate 1⁄3 of it and stopped because the chicken was rubbery… sigh unbelievable. I definitely won’t come back again. Sorry

I’ve come here before a couple times with my boyfriend. This time, we ordered online to deliver. I was not expecting how terrible it would be. The delivery took around an hour instead of the estimated 30. When the driver finally arrived, he walked from the car up the walkway to the front door with the Thai Tea dripping the entire way leaving orange puddles everywhere and then proceeded to be shocked that the tea was dripping. When I opened the container to mix and eat, the lemon was completely dried out and the noodles were stiff and dry, sticking to the bottom.

Does it look inviting from outside the spot? To me, not really. But finally gave in and decided to give the place a shot. At first you’ll be confused, but just walk up to the counter and just ask to see their menus. If not, theyll blankly stare at u like they did to us at our very first visit. They have a lunch special menu and the entreé menu, two seperate. I normally get the lunch special which is the chicken pad thai. It includes an egg roll, steamed rice and salad with the chicken pad thai portion. The food is okay. When in season, you should try the mango with rice pudding.

Was hungry and craving for Thai food. So we gave this restaurant a try. It has an A rating. Ordered Chicken Pad See Ew and steam fish with mushrooms. Pad See Ew was ok, the chicken lacked flavor. The fish itself was not too bad but it was so salty, I think they pour half of the bottle of soy sauce to make the source for the fish and mushrooms. Even mixing the rice with the fish it was still salty. The Thai Ice Tea with Boba was just ok. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon, there are a few other Thai restaurants around this area.

Ordered yesterday. The bills total was different from what the menu showed. Called to confirm the figures and asked for an updated menu. The list of excuses started with: we charged extra for the fact that your neighborhood«does not tip”(even though we had ordered before and left an $ 8 dollar tip on a $ 35.00 bill, and then they said their menu charges had changed(When I reviewed the new prices, there were no changes. If you’re gonna rip off your customers? Have the decency to be upfront about it.) So if you like to get ripped off and pay more? By all means this is the place! As for the food? Their pineapple fried rice was undercooked, yay for the inflated-calculator-addition-error prices! Very bad liars, I’ll go back to my old time Favorite Thai place(Classic Thai Restaurant) in Eagle Rock. I’ll deal with the no deliver, at least the food and service is honest and delicious! By and by, this is not an act of trolling it actually happened. I also asked for a receipt with the breakdown to post with the review but yet said the costs of doing so would«COSTTOOMUCH!». Ha! Imagine that?!

Don’t know about service cuz i did a pick up but the food def could use improvement. Got the pad woon sen and spicy eggplant. Noodles were way too dry and thus lacked flavor. Eggplant wasn’t spicy at all(surprise surprise) and also packed flavor. Impressive. Will give it one more shot next time with the pad see ew that everyone’s clamoring about. But i mean, how hard it is to mess up oily fried noodles?

I have only ordered 3 things from here: Pad Thai, shrimp rolls, and the Thai iced tea. And I order this combo A LOT! I aways order the Pad Thai extra spicy and like 99% of places I cannot get it hot enough, but that’s ok. I first ordered the shrimp rolls based off of a Unilocal tip and I’m glad I did. Those shrimp rolls are awesome! GETTHEM! I usually order delivery and they are always on time. I wish they didn’t have a $ 15 minimum and THEN add a delivery charge. I have to order an extra iced tea to get over the minimum, but oh well. I guess I’m the lazy one because if I just picked up my food it would be $ 6 cheaper. .. But having food delivered is GREAT!

Pretty ok, you know. Just fine, really. I used the eat24 app so I could order via the website, so that was awesome actually. The food came ahead of time, too.

The food is great, price is cheap compared to other places, we enjoyed the service, the host was very alert to our needs, I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.

The food ain’t bad for typical hole in the wall Thai, but the customer service is non existent. If the food were curl-your-toes orgasmically good, it would be worth the third-world street dining experience, but when it’s a strip mall joint like this, the rude cranky woman behind the register is not worth sitting down to. Go in with blinders or go somewhere else with quality!!!

I’ve been here once for lunch, which was so-so. But delivery? It’s great. We order all the time and it’s consistently really good, fresh, and crazy affordable. If you pay cash, they give you some freebies: free egg rolls for orders about $ 20 and free fried rice for orders over $ 30. We always order veggie. The pad see-ew is really good as is tom kha.

Ehh. this place isn’t terrible. The prices are reasonable. Food Ordered: Yum Nua(Thai Beef Salad): $ 7 — It was ok. It was lightly tart, which is how I like this, but the salad was really nothing to be excited about, and the beef was just meh. Little tough at times. Lotta places do this a looooooot better. 4⁄10. Pad Thai w Fried Tofu $ 7. — Little bit better than ok. I really can’t complain about this. It was a decent sweet and sour, which I like. Portion was ok sized. Not perfect but pretty good. 7.5÷10. Décor: It looks ummmm… like an 80’s chinatown restaurant inside. Really cheap feeling. Service: I got it to-go, but the lady who took my order was cheerful and enthusiastic. Recommended? Weeeellll… there’s a dearth of options out here, so maybe if you’re in the mood for thai? :)

I finally have a chance to dine in today! Greeted by a guy bringing water to me, I finally met a Thai lady whom I believed she picked up my delivery call last time. I ordered the same dish, Chili Fish with sauce on the side. It tasted exact like the last time I had. Their food consistency is perfect! I will be back because of this! The same lady still paid attention on me while she was busy with Togo orders. I also received the homemade chili fish sauce she freshly made. The good thing about this was that they used the small real Thai chili in the fish sauce. At almost the end of the meal, I was served the mango sticky rice as a complimentary dish!!! Very surprised. Well, the sticky rice tasted better than the last time. I really appreciate this. All in all, Sicha Siam staffs run their business with generosity. You shouldn’t be hesitate to come and try out their food and absorb their kindness!
