Shun Phat Jewelry

So this is where my fiancé got my engagement ring. He custom designed it and it look them about 3 weeks to make it, which isn’t bad at all. I absolutely love me ring! It’s so unique and made perfectly for me.
Here is my problem. After wearing it for one week, I lost 3 small diamonds in it. I was very careful with my ring, didn’t wear it when I washed my hands or wear it when i was doing anything that might bump it or be too rough on it. We took the ring in and they fixed it no charge (rightfully so) after spending a lot of money on a custom ring you expect it to last. We were told that I could wear the ring doing anything that it will be fine that they made sure all the diamonds were tight and secure. They also re did the white gold because ti had all rubbed off already.
We have been back 2 more times to get this fixed in a matter of 3 months. We stopped going back, because why are we going to pay for something to just keep breaking.
We were going to come back for wedding bands but we have since decided to go else where.
