I have been coming here for a while now and have had great experiences. I used to go to the Milt and eddies but had some issues and they were really expensive. I recently had a flood in my house and several of my clothes(designer suits, shirts and basic going out wear) were severely damaged. I took them in just to try and see if they could be repaired. I was amazed at what they did and have to say I was shocked at how good they came out. I find the owner to be funny and straight to the point. She was honest about what she thought she could do and saved me money items she couldn’t. I appreciated her honesty not something you can find these days.

I had a dress that I wore to a special event in January. I had bought it the day before and had no way of altering it before wearing so it was a little long. Needless to say it got trodden on a lot, got very dirty and ended up with tiny holes at the bottom. No other dry cleaner would take it to clean but Sunny immediately said she would. I was obviously nervous about the holes getting worse but she reassured me that it would be fine. They did a fantastic job cleaning the dress and I will definitely be back with precious items. I got recommended to her by a friend who lives nearby and so I know she has fans!

A travesty of a store. My wife and I tried this cleaners because we found a coupon. Dropped off a few garments, and asked the AWFUL lady who works there to alter a couple items as she quoted reasonable prices. When we returned to pick up the items: 1. She refused to accept the coupon, claiming we had to present it when we dropped off the items. This seemed like a clear way for her to inflate the(unposted) prices when someone brought a coupon. 2. She charged nearly twice the quoted price for the alterations, claiming it was«more work than expected.» That’s not a very good estimate. She had also told us she’d call to let us know if the price would be different than the quote. Of course she didn’t. 3. She didn’t have one of the items — a blouse — finished and told us to return to pick it up. We returned 3 times to pick up the shirt, each time getting a different excuse as to why it wasn’t there — it needed to be washed again, the van that brought it from the other store was in a car accident, she’d confused us with another customer and called the wrong number to tell us not to pick it up. When it was finally ready, we picked up the blouse and walked out to the car, but upon examining it found that the never-before-worn garment had been completely ruined(she was happy to let us walk out without mentioning that, by the way). We went back in, and she refused not only to pay for the garment, but to refund the money for the dry cleaning. Why? She said that just happens sometimes, but she did the work so she was entitled to be paid. WHAT? I asked if I brought a car into the shop and they tried to fix it but it still didn’t run, should they still be paid for their work? With a straight face she said«Yes.» This business is run by CONARTISTS, LIARS, ANDTHIEVES, and you should avoid them at all costs.

I thought the lady who was there was really nice. I brought in some laundry and she did a great job and also stitched up the laundry bag for me! It’s a little expensive, so I’ll probably have to go back to the coin laundry, but it’s nice to know she’s there just in case.

I hate to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I must encourage people not to use this service! The owner is extremely rude, dismissive, and combative. I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed. When I came to pick them up, they had a greasy, black stain on them. The owner heatedly insisted that this was«part of the fabric.» It was clearly not. Eventually, the owner agreed to clean them, but then lost the pants for a week. When I came to finally get them, she was once again rude to me. Nice alteration job, but not worth being treated this way. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with a business that is happy to have you.
