I was referred to Shalom Garden when my Mom when we were no longer able to care for her at home. The staff is VERY kind, incredibly thorough and provides an extraordinarily high level of care for the residents. It feels like a home with roommates rather than a care facility and from the daily activities to the fresh home cooked meals, they work very hard to provide a homey, caring environment. Every need is taken care of in a professional and kind manner from dressing to personal hygiene to getting in and out of bed. Special requests are catered for and I have never heard the word «no» come from the staff or owner.
Making a decision for senior care is a difficult one, especially in cases of memory loss
and the onset of dementia. Shalom Garden is a spotlessly clean, very professionally run,
small care facility that has made it possible for me to sleep much better at night knowing that my Mom is receiving such a high level of care.

My mother-​in-​law has lived at Shalom Garden for over 5 years and now at 101 years of age is doing very well thanks to the outstanding care given. The facility is very warm and inviting. The staff is caring and skilled at what they do. My mother loves them. The administrator keeps us regularly informed and is always responsive to our requests. We enjoy our regular visits with her.
