I have been coming to this facility because it is very close to my home for 3 to 4 years. I never really felt completely satisfied with their service on any visits. Dr. Sevilla is usually the doctor I see. He is very attentive but he is not up to date on some medications that I needed, meds I had been prescribed by other doctors in the past. I made the mistake of telling them what I do for work and felt a little stigmatized when they ran tests. They only take cash for co-payments. They do have a parking lot but it’s often full. There was no parking on my last visit. This last time, I did not see Dr. Sevilla. The person that saw me was not really attentive to my problems and basically said that there was nothing they can do for me. He seemed to brush off my symptoms and attributed them to my old age. I’m old apparently, but not old enough for Medicare. The person just seemed interested in finishing up and getting on to the next patient. For those reasons I will be looking for a new doctor. Also, I might have needed stronger meds but they don’t like to prescribe anything too strong and I was made to feel like I was trying to get meds for recreational purposes. I should have gone and spent the extra money and gone over to an Urgent Care facility. I’ve gone in with and without appointments. The wait is about the same whether or not you bother making the appointment. My average wait time is 2 – 3 hours. In closing, I would only recommend this facility if you have Medicare.

Literally do not come here if you actually pay for your insurance 100% BULLSHIT every single time I come here. Doctor as walked by this room over 10 times in the last 20 min with no other people here and still not even a hello when we made eye contact all I have to say is HORRIBLE!!! Stay away unless you are dying and even then you will obviously die because no one will care you are here –____–

Walk in without appointment, plenty of free parking, absolutely clean, airy and comfortable waiting room. I filled out my paper work right away, they handled all the insurance for me with a smile, got in with almost no wait at all. Dr Zappata was knowledgeable and personable, she took the time to ask me questions, she actually listened to me, addressed my concerns and got me out of there in no time. At the farm act there was an insurance matter, I called the office and the are handling the authorizations for me, no problem.

OK first of all, the description of their services on Zoc Doc(where I found and booked the appointment) was COMPLETELYWRONG. According to what they put on Zoc Doc, they popped up on my search but I guess they don’t even bother putting the right information up. Secondly, the hours they put up on Zoc Doc are also wrong. When I showed up to the appointment that I booked, the receptionist flat out said, «We don’t do appointments at 6.» She didn’t say sorry — in fact, she made it seem as if I were bothering here while she was getting ready to clock out. This is bearing in mind that I showed up to this appointment 45 minutes early(and I am so glad I did… I was about to show up to an EMPTYOFFICE). Then, she takes my insurance card and my ID and pulls up my appointment(the one that she said they didn’t book)… then tells me that I just need to go elsewhere. All in all, crappy customer service and it’s apparently also cash only. It didn’t matter to me anyways, but just in case you decide to give this joke of a medical office a chance. **Disclaimer: I did not get to meet the doctor or any of the practitioners in this facility.

Great facility, really clean. Friendly staff, and they all spoke Spanish fluently which is important for my family since my parents only speak Spanish.

I waited here in a dirty crowded office for a full hour before being asked to pre-pay my co pay in cash. When I informed the front desk person that I had not been informed it was cash only and pointed out the signs that said they accepted credit cards she just shrugged and told me to go to the atm down the street. When I pointed out that I should have been informed earlier or when I made the appointment, as I had to take off work, she just stared at me. No medical treatment, no help and hours wasted.
