Seven has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years and he is still as committed to my health and well being now as he was the first day I met him. Let’s face it the Land of the Beautiful people can be intimidating, especially for a new arrival from Boston who was fat and could barely walk up a flight of stairs without losing a lung. Seven took this fat girl under his direction and made me sweat! Sweat more than I have ever sweated in my life. Don’t get me wrong he’s not out to give his clients heart attacks. What’s he’s out to do is to get you results by pushing you to a point that maybe you didn’t know you could reach. You think you can only do 10 push ups; Seven knows you can do 15 and with a little practice and correction of technique that 15 turns into 30 and so on. Seven provides each client with an individualized fitness and nutrition plan. He understands that one size does NOT fit all. I have an old knee injury so Seven took that into account when planning our workouts. I get bored easy. Seven shakes things up often so there isn’t a possibility for me to get bored. We use free weights, go jogging, hike up Runyon Canyon, do plyometrics, and my absolute favorite… BOXING. He taught me to box and I mean really box. If you don’t think 3 minutes rounds for an hour is a workout than you must not know what boxing is. I now feel comfortable standing in a ring with my hot pink gloves going toe-to-toe with Seven or anyone else for that matter. If I haven’t convinced you to hire him yet then let me leave you with this. Seven isn’t just good at getting the physical results. He’s also good at building self confidence. Like I wrote earlier. It’s not easy being less than physically perfect in Hollywood. Although I know I’m a good person no matter what my size it’s nice to have a trainer who believes that too. We set reasonable goals. He helps me reach them. I say I can’t and he tells me that I can. And you know what? He’s right.
