Serena interiors is great to work with. Her showroom is lovely to take my clients to and look at product and materials. Serena is professional and so helpful. She is always on top of things and very efficient. The materials and products that I have ordered such as window treatment, tile for bathroom and kitchen has always been the best quality at great prices. Her team behind her are top of the line perfectionist and always gave me the best service and good at trouble shooting problems that Iv ran into. Thank you Serena for always pulling through.

Serena is fantastic. She used feng-​shui to bring more energy and harmony in our home. She is very intuitive and knows a lot how to explain how things need to be. She helped me to persuade my husband to change things in our home and we are now much more pleased how the rooms are. I would definitely recommend her.

Serena and Patrick are a great team! They really went the extra mile to make sure each design element we purchased in our large order flowed with my transitional, deco vision. When certain lighting, vanity or window treatments didn’t fit right or needed to be replaced, they called the manufacturer, went in person, and personally supervised the installation in our home. We are thrilled with our colored ceilings and Crystorama lighting thanks to Serena’s Feng Shui visit, and our windows and master bathroom look amazing thanks to both Patrick and Serena’s suggestions.

I hired a handyman last year to fix our motorized shades and it took him a few visits over a few months to give up on the job. So I was very skeptical when calling SI since the last guy didn’t know how to fix them.
A few days after calling, Patrick showed up at our door and left a few hours later with the shades completely working. He was nice and helpful, showing me how to program the remote for custom operation.
My only complaint is they overcharged on the batteries they needed to be replaced in the unit — a cost of almost 3 times the amazon price. But I didn’t have a ladder to do it myself and was tired of not being able to open the shades so I agreed to the price. But other than that, it was a great experience and I’d use them again.

We desperately needed to feng-​shui our home and I came across Serena Interiors and I’m so happy to have found her! Serena’s talent of reading the energy and rearranging the furniture of our home did wonders for our little 2 bedroom apartment! She and Patrick are extremely sweet and very helpful. The store has a great Welcoming energy and has a lot of beautiful furniture and accessories that would compliment your home. Check it out!!!

I purchased an entry/​reception desk from Serena Interiors for my own business. Serena and Patrick worked hard to find me exactly what I was looking for and they found it no time. It’s so beautiful and is the most eye-​catching piece of furniture in my entire dance studio. I highly recommend them and it’s also nice doing business with such warm, friendly people.

This is a beautiful store with amazing furniture and accessories the owners collect from all over the country. They also manufacture their own furniture as well. Very friendly, very helpful. Would definitely recommend friends to purchase furniture and home accessories there!
