Doug’s amazing!!! Very helpful & knowledgeable on everything in the store… I swear he has the patience of Job… LMAO …He took his time and walked us thru the whole store… had many many suggestions and ideas of different things to try out… As a curvy girl helped with lingerie selection for what would work for me… my bf had a dozen questions about so so so many things (a lot ya’ll) and he answered all of them… actually he was working my nerves wit da questions lol… he saw my glasses were dirty and got me some windex to clean them (i didn’t even ask him)…way random but helpful. He made us feel very comfortable & @ ease… Oh they have a coupon deal too! $ 20 bucks off… Doug thx for everything =) =) =)

Went into the store for a look at the toys for my third time the clerk i believe by the name of doug kinda heavy set with glasses was very rude and im writing this review because this is the third time i go (second time dealing with him) and he makes me feel out of place very short when i ask questions seems like he has something personnel against women as it was my third time going in dealing with his attitude. i did not walk out with a purchase as i would rather spend my money elsewhere. Now im rating this 3 stars due to the fact that my first experience here was very pleasant the previous clerk javier i belive was very helpful new his stuff and was very welcoming which made my purchase easier as i am shy. too bad he was not in at the time of my last visit he made me feel more comfortable with my purchase. this store should bring in more female customers it would be a great idea to hire people who actually know there stuff and spark a conversation with to make shy customers feel more comfortable. not sure if javier is still there but the new clerk is DRIVING FEMALE CUSTOMERS AWAY !

Just got a super deal. Glad I stopped by for a looksy… they also have arcades for the curious.

Awesome store, helpful staff… Selection could be better but… I will drive out-​of-​the-​way to buy here!
