How do you visit LA and not eat at a food truck? Luckily, I stumbled on to this gem on Hollywood Blvd across from the W hotel. Not knowing what to expect I decided to support this truck. It was after several drinks so I knew exactly what I wanted, some burgers, wings and fries. I tried the sliders with bacon, and the teriyaki wings with the fries. It was delicious and hit the spot. The guy in the truck who I’m assuming was the owner, promised that the food was going to be ready in exactly 4 minutes. I don’t know why he felt the need to put himself under such a tight time constraint. My expectations change once he said this. I found myself growing impatient once it eclipsed 4 mins. Expectations is everything. Other than that, everything was good. A bit pricey.$ 13 for 6 wings and fries, but I guess that price is relative and depends on where you are from and what you are use to paying.

Them wings are friend to perfection. At first I thought it was a little pricey for the amount of food. But it ended up being perfect. Would highly recommend this truck.

Had two sliders and fries from here, $ 8. The meat is seasoned perfectly, same with the fries. They would have gotten 5 stars, but there was like, zero sauce on the sliders. Maybe a little mayo, or more than a q-tip application of BBQ sauce would have been awesome. And the slider with the coleslaw on it, was very good, but there was literally four teeny slivers of cabbage on there. I pictured a nice little pile of creamy slaw. You couldn’t even see any toppings unless you opened up the bun. Same with the one with bacon on it. Very sparse. Kinda bare, unlike the Burnt Truck, whose sliders are loaded and juicy. Thank goodness I had some mayo up here in the office. I saw someone with an order of wings and fries, and they looked really good –large, sauced up wings. Would I eat from this truck again? Probably. I would just ask that they didn’t give me dry sliders. I think they are new, so are likely still working out the kinks. It’s a good start, though.
