This office kept losing my paperwork and imaging, did not return calls when promised, and had me schedule appointments for issues that could have been handled over the phone. At one point, I’d taken more than an hour off work to go there, only to have the doctor poke his head into the room and bark something at the nurse and then leave. I was still required to pay a copay. The office also is not staffed every day, and therefore when I need someone to at least LOOK at my imaging (once they’ve dug it up eventually), there’s no one in the office to do so and I have to wait another day. In addition, the staff does not have adequate substitutes when one of them is on vacation. The doctor would not give me a brace when I asked for it, and would not prescribe medication that was not narcotic, and refused to prescribe any medication remotely (even though he had already examined me and had all the info he needed). The front desk is completely unconcerned when a patient needs to talk to them, and takes 20 minutes to process a credit card. I hope they read this and get their act together.
