I’ve been coming to this Sally’s for near 10yrs and I haven’t experienced any bad customer service nor other issues. I’m usually here for nail polishes, foot scrubs, and I’ve purchased most of my flat/curling irons here. I’m always greeted in a friendly way and and I’m always asked if I need help. It’s small but I always find what I need.

This location is quite small. You can easily find what you need through the aisles. The two star goes towards their service specifically. Having it be my first time purchasing dye at Sally’s, I needed assistance. I decided to ask this older looking women that was in the aisle that pertained to my needs. She seemed bothered that I was asking her and wouldn’t really inform me about the neutral protein filler I needed. I would have appreciated any recommendations she would of had for me. I had to ask a second employee about how I should choose my products. She was more helpful after I informed her it was my first time buying Sally’s hair dye products. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this Sally’s unless I really have to.

The women here are so rude. Nothing like how they were back in the days. I went in with my mom looking for a shampoo and it seem like restocking was more important to them. I didn’t get the help I needed and this older lady gave made us feel like we were in her way. I ended up just walking out. Never going back here.

Rude manager and rude employees(Latinas). If you ask a question they answer you very rudely and they don’t help you.

I was very skeptical to visit this location due to the reviews. Since it was the closest Sally’ to me, I gave it a chance. The plaza Sally’s located in is in a plaza. I was able to find front row parking and that made me a happy camper. When I went inside, my sister and I were the only customers. We were checking out hair dye and developer. There was an employee restocking the shelves and she was very helpful by answering our questions. She recommend to us which developers to get and notified us that there was a sale! Although she was restocking, she checked on us when we needed to get ringed up and was very kind. I had a great experience and instead of going to alhambra, I’ll make this my new Sally’s go-to!

Been here a couple of times and there’s been moments where I asked questions concerning my hair and they seemed unsure of what to do. I understand they are working and putting things on the shelfs but when I ask them a question they answer while walking away so then my follow up questions go unanswered. I also feel like I’m limited on asking questions: l I go to other sallys and ask a ton of questions and as annoyed they might be they don’t show it. Idk maybe it’s just me who saw it this way but it’s always like that for me in this location.

I wanted to like this store. I really did. Its closest to me and easy to get to. But for several reasons, I won’t return. First, the location is easy enough to get to but parking is bananas. With the Food 4 Less right there its a fight to get a space and if you forgot your can opener and lube good luck getting out of and back into your vehicle. Then, a lot of the merchandise is zip tied onto the hook. I understand it’s to prevent theft… that or Sallys owns stock in zip ties… but still. It makes shopping all the more tedious. Heaven forbid I want to take something off the hook and look at it or read the packaging for details. Then the associates… mostly polite but busy and don’t seem to have any sense of urgency. Dont go here in a hurry. The nail in the coffin was the experiance I had trying to return a nail shaping machine I bought five days ago. $ 55 + tax and it broke the very first time I used it. Not their fault the machine was cheap(if you can call $ 55 cheap for a rotating nail file… but I digress…) Upon looking at the machine, the clerk tells me she won’t be able to return it because«it looks old.» I had to ask several times(I lost count after five) How so? To which she repeatedly said«It just looks old. For five days it looks old…» That clears things up. *rolleyes* I mean, my bad, I guess I should have meticulously cleaned it before returning the crappy busted machine, that or I should have set up a clean sterile room in which to operate. Note to self for next time… oh wait… I wont go back here. I can’t give my business to a place where I might not even be able to justifiably return an item that was just no good. I don’t like the distrust that can be felt immediately upon entering the store. I don’t enjoy being treated as if I need to be watched, stalked, and accosted about a simple return. I didn’t even get to the hassle over payment. *sigh* There are other Sallys, worth the time and distance in order to purchase my beauty supply needs.

If you are walking around this plaza, chances are you might miss this store, since its wedged in between other bigger stores. This Sallys is small but it has all the main necessities, such as hair products, nail products, face products and even extentions. The prices are as any other Sallys… and I recommend you get a Sallys card to help you save a few cents here and there. I do wish it were larger, but its not their fault. :)
