Every experience I’ve had has been professional and meticulous. **Angel who does my twist has been the best since I started my journey to get locks. She’s fun to be around honest and talented. The shop is always clean and everyone has an upbeat attitude. Thank you **Angel again for my twist!!! Best in town. Locks on the way!!!

I got my hair done last week at the Wilshire location and it was lovely! I had my hair slayed my the fabulous Queen Marlo!
The salon offers weaves, lashes, a barber, and everything else your hair desires!

I made an appointment with Kia (Carson location) about a month ago for today July 28^th. I saw her Instagram and liked her braiding. She seemed to be professional… which is very important to me as a customer. In this case looks can be very deceiving. I received a text confirming my daughters appointment two days before. so I was under the impression everything was good to go. Our appointment was for 10am… so we arrived 10 min before. 10:10 arrives… no sign of Kia or any other salon workers. I text her and get a response that she’ll be arriving in three minutes. Three minutes pass… then fifteen minutes arrive (so does Kia). Only to let me know that she doesn’t have a key to the establishment. She then advises that it will take her 10 min to go get the key and come back. If I wasn’t desperate to get my daughters hair done for her trip and hadn’t drove about 45miles… then I would of just said the forget the whole thing! So I told her that I would wait for her to get the key. Well needless to say almost thirty minutes passed again… at this point I couldn’t give this lady my business… so I decided to leave and find another salon to braid her hair. As you can see from my experience… Kia is very unprofessional and I would not recommend her services. She’s clearly very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat her customers!

I’ve been here a few times and I’m extremely happy with the end result. Tell Rashard what you want and he will deliver BUT you as a client need to be realistic because he’ll tell you and you’re just wasting time while he could be working on a miracle for you to get as close to what you want.

This review is based on their Carson salon location. I’ve always had a hard time trusting hair stylist with my hair and it’s very hard to find a salon that practices professionalism. I researched many salons before deciding to go here and I found someone who specialized in the new «in» cornrows so I set an appointment for May 25^th With Kia. Everything prior to my actual appointment was fine I even was required to confirm my appointment which was followed by a confirmation text. The day of my appointment I went to the salon and to my surprise it was closed. I then texted Kia and told her I was outside waiting for my appointment she then texted me back saying «Hey I had you down for today? I put the 26^th in my book. I’m out with my family for the holiday «after I confirmed and showed her our text saying she had put me down for the 25^th there was never an apology that followed nor was there a request to rebook me. I understand that it was a holiday but there was an appointment set and confirmed. My time was wasted and I was truly disappointed in the unprofessionalism displayed on this day and it’s unfortunate because she really seemed like an awesome hair stylist.

Hands down my favorite salon in ALL of LA. The stylist are all extremely talented and have great attitudes. Usually they are always on schedule, the slob is always kept very clean and has a cool ambiance. There is designated parking for customers within the shopping strip. Curt Cobain is my stylist and he has quickly dominated the hair extension market. Everyone from the braiders to the stylist are amazingly talented!

I have been to many hair shops in my life some people who even have the nerve to call themselves «celebrity hairstylist» and have neverrrr expierenced half of what Rashard and his team has offered me. From the professionalism from the time you make an appointment all the way down to the warm expierence absolutely I loved it. Rashard was very accommodating and took care of me I truly wish I would had found him years ago. The shop energy is great and all my coins will continously go to him and his team.

I haven’t been to a salon in a while because I HATE making an appointment, getting there, and not being serviced at my appointment time. RVM Salon is not that place. You make an appointment, you’re greeted when you come in and are offered a beverage, have a seat if you’re early or go straight to the chair if you’re on time.
Kiy is my stylist, she’s the best braider! I usually get two Pocahontas braids and she SLAYS every time!

My weave is amazing. I got a full weave (minimal leave out) and its the best sew-​in ever. My stylist is CURTIS (he’s amazing!)…but all of the stylist in there are pretty amazing also :-)
Super flat braids. Amazing staff. Snacks and refreshments.
I also go here to get my natural hair styled (washed and flat ironed). Very good also!

First impressions are everything to me, I’m a person who likes to enter a business and notice the customer service and if it’s professional whether it being from Jack in the Box at 2am or a 5 star restaurant in Beverly Hills. I’ve been going to Rashard before he even moved to this location and noticed that he was and still is very professional and comfortable with his clients at the same time. Now if he wasn’t it would have been the end of this review. However, two years going strong of me first entering his chair I can say that he is the best stylist out and is always keeping up with the latest styles and is ALWAYS finding ways to improve his styling even though I think his work ethic is impeccable. The salon is beautiful and is always spotless. I used to think it was crazy when people would fly out to get their hair done by their stylist, if this ever was the case I would fly to Paris, South Africa, Korea ANYWHERE just to continue to look flawless from Rashard and receive the best customer service from him and his team.

Great salon!!! The girl who washed my hair had magic hands… Amazing. Every stylist there can do great hair. I watched the ladies come and go looking magazine ready. The girl who did my braids and two braids for my daughter, she was great. Very detailed and consistent. Im horrible with names so sorry I fail to recall… but I will be a regular customer. Thx RVM ;-)

I absolutely love Rashard and his bomb assistant Dez … She pretty amazing. If you are looking for quality hair and treatment, then look no further. I will not let anyone else touch my hair EVER again. My hair has grown, so much since I started coming to #teamrashard .
They will treat you like a queen. The salon is new and state of the art. Best salon experience EVER. Did I mention while you are getting your hair dried, and we all know that this could be a boring process, you have iPad browse the web on. The service you get is amazing drinks (adult), music, TVs. This place is clean and beautiful.
This customer service at it finest. Rashard V. Marshell is the best in the game, hands down. I love them like family.
