I cannot say enough good things about Carole, the manager. When we e mailed her questions, she always responded quickly and meeting her in person could not have been pleasanter. She undercut the competition in Los Angeles by 20 percent, and was even cheaper than purchasing online. When the manufacturer made a mistake with our order and delivered outdoor chairs without padding, she gave us the choice of either having the manufacturer make the switch or a very sizable refund which was more than the difference in retail price between the two chair models. (We chose the refund because the chairs delivered were very comfortable anyway.) Her merchandise is far higher quality than what you will find in department stores like Macy’s.

I bought furniture from them ten years ago and it still looks brand new. Need I say more? I don’t think so, but I will. Shopping here is pleasant, there is no pressure, just information and choices. Go in expecting amazing quality and selection. AS great choice!
