Royalty Furniture

Only review was written over 3 years ago so I thought I’d share a more recent one.
Raffi at Royalty Design Furniture showed great patience when I was going through the countless catalogs looking for the right couch set. I finally decided on a sofa/​loveseat and we agreed on a delivery date/​time.
Raffi called me the day before delivery to confirm. Delivery was made on date and time promised. Couches were delivered brand new in factory packaging. Delivery team unpacked and set up in my living room. Both were very friendly and careful.
Overall, a highly positive experience from start to finish and I’m now enjoying a very nice set of couches!

OMG!!!
Where do I start…
1^st) this place is a joke!!! I ordered a complete set, couch, coffee table, and dining table. They brought the stuff to my house, «free delivery» my butt… the delivery guys dont speak English, damaged the front door, moldings and the walls, also damaged my furniture!!!
2^nd) I called to let them know that there was damage to the furniture caused by their delivery people, come to find out they dont work for them, they contract them out. Of course they wouldn’t care!!! So I called them again and again, told them about the issue and a week later, the delivery guys come and take the damaged furniture back to exchange them.
3^rd) I had to wait another week to get the replacement furniture which we had to change out the style and brand because of the SHIT quality the first set was, which he said its the best, blah blah blah, we would love it, he has it at his house… blah blah blah… bunch of bullshit coming from the guy. Anyways, we get the furniture, and come to find out, its the WRONG one we ordered!!!
NOW here is the fun part!!! Neither the wholesaler or Retailer are willing to change for the proper one we wanted! PLUS the stupid delivery guys damaged the furniture AGAIN!!!
After I called and called and called the owner (Anita) she tells me to put it on craigslist and sell it. How is this possible? how can a company with an owner like this survive? How come there are no more negative responses to this SHIT place!!! I cant believe the service we received from this place!
PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS SHIT PLACE.
