UPDATE: 1÷11÷16− Since I haven’t had a chance to give your place a second chance and my friend loved the salmon dish, I feel I should update the stars based on both our experience. Maybe this year, I’ll try the chicken again when I’m in Santa Monica. Besides, your honesty is worth four stars.

I was meeting up a friend, and was craving Persian food. We agreed on this place, and I booked it along the 10 freeway to get there in a timely manner. This place is small, located on a small shopping plaza. Fortunately, parking was not an issue. The inside hosts limited seating, although there were not too many people at the time so no issues there either. We ordered our food, and munched on naan and sipped on tea while we waited. The food came out about ten minutes later. I ordered the salmon kebab, with bastami rice and salad. The food was ok tasting… nothing above and beyond delicious, but not bad either. Their naan was soft and fresh, and drinks are all bottled drinks you need to buy separate from the meal. The workers there were not too warm, but they may just had a long day. They still provided good service, so I’m giving them four stars. Would I come back? Maybe.

**500th review!** We came here for lunch and loved the food. It is located in a small center with limited parking. You order your food at the register and then sit down. I had the falafel pita wrap with the veggie soup as my side. I loved the falafel and thought it was well done. The soup was ok, I thought it could use more seasoning. My two other friends got the kebob plates which they liked a lot. We all loved the hummus and pita as well. Our favorite part of our meal was the garlic sauce which is delicious and their hot salsa stuff they have at the table. SO good! Definitely check this place out when you’re having a Mediterranean craving. Oh, and everything was very reasonably priced and I liked that most of the main dishes came with free sides!

This place is delicious. I was a little skeptical from ordering from here at first because the way it looks on the outside. But like the saying goes looks can be deceiving. Gave it a try and fell in love. I had the munchies that night so I was hoping the food would be good. I ordered the gyro with the fries. I would definitely order from here again.

Delicious! We ordered the chicken shawarma and beef shush kebab plates with rice, fries, and salad. Salad was, well, salad. I’m excited to try their soup next time. Delivery took about 20 – 30 minutes on a late Saturday night. Great food, good delivery time, definitely ordering again.

Been here a couple of times and have always enjoyed my meal. Chicken is yummy. Idk what is in the«garlic sauce» but I always seem to lick the container clean. Ordered through Unilocal a while back(summertime) and fell asleep while waiting on the delivery. When I awoke, I noticed I had many missed calls from the delivery guy saying he was downstairs with my order and he needed to be buzzed in. I promptly called him back to be told that the restaurant was closed and he no longer was able to deliver my meal. He did state however, if I hurried and came into the restaurant my order would be waiting for me. I immediately went to the restaurant and no joke, my food was bagged up and on the counter. The staff was super nice(actually laughed about the incident). They didn’t seem to mind staying late for me. Clearly they had finished cleaning up and it was obvious they were just waiting on me to pick up my meal. So refreshing to have this kind of service from a restaurant. Not only would I have gone hungry but«EAT24» would not have refunded me for the undelivered food. Thank you guys!!!

I enjoy Mediterranean food quite a bit, but I’ve found most places leaving me wanting. Meat is often dry, the vegetables wind up charred to a crisp, the sides are middling… it’s ugly out there. But this place has none of those problems, delivering a fantastic, aesthetically pleasing meal for a great price. The menu is typical. I went with a Kebab Mixed Combo, which includes chicken, beef kabooleh and filet mignon. For my sides I went with a salad and rice, but it also includes pita bread and a steamed tomato. Food takes a bit to come up, but at least you know they’re making it fresh. The plate featured great presentation of the items, and also included some sauces for dipping. Everything — beef, chicken and filet — was VERY juicy. Nothing was even remotely dry. These meats were flavorful and dripping with tasty goodness. Seasoning was perfectly done, nothing too aromatic or overdone. The rice was moist and delicious, and the salad was… a salad. Nothing special there. Loved the pita bread and sauces. Every component of this plate complemented the others, with everything mixing well. There was also a grilled onion and bel pepper included, both of which were cooked just right. All of this for $ 15. I left so stuffed and satisfied that I’m already planning on making a return trip within the week.

Only had delivery and their service and food is the BEST! Love their price point and ease of online ordering. Portions are large and delicious. Delivery is ALWAYS on time and never wrong! Only thing I’m sad is that they got rid of «rice and drink» option. Please bring it back !

Good, cheap, not pretentious. Probably not a place to sit and eat unless you’re alone and in a hurry. I order takeout from there a fair amount — delivery is easy. I order through Unilocal/Eat 24 which is so awesome and doesn’t require talking to a human! Last night I just passed my phone around the room and everyone clicked what they wanted, and 15 min later there was food! The falafel is really solid. It’s super fresh, definitely no premix. You get the chunk of chickpeas and herbs which I love. The garlic sauce is suuuper strong yes! I didn’t love the barley soup, but I liked the spiced fries a lot that my friend ordered so I stole most of his. The staff are always really friendly and they’ve never messed up an order. Parking is hit and miss in the strip mall.

A hole in the wall, but delicious! Don’t judge a book by its cover in this case. Definitely has the feel of a mom and pop place. We ate in; it seemed like they did much more takeout/delivery than dine-in. The servings were generous. As a starter, we did the app sampler(that’s not what’s it’s called on the menu, but that’s the gist of it). The dolma were delicious. The baba ganoush and the hummus were served on a large lettuce leaf. It’s for the looks, but so much is wasted bc it stuck to the leaf– just annoying. The gyro was better than the chicken shawarma in my book, but I’d order either again. They didn’t have a soda tap– canned soda and juices in a fridge. Overall, great find. I’ll recommend to those who live nearby.

I work within Rosemary’s delivery area and I’m so happy I do! I think the food is sooo fantastic, the garlic sauce is TODIE for, they are always so friendly and when we do a group order at the office they always exceed delivery expectations. Great prices, great food, great service, great people!

I came here to satisfy my kabob craving and keep my study momentum going(board certifying exam in 3 days, yikes…) PARKING: 3.5÷5 Free in the strip mall lot. Not a ton of space as others have mentioned, but fortunately I had no difficulty at noon on a weekday. WIFI: 4.5÷5 Free — ask them for the password. It worked well for me and I was able to do some studying while I ate. The restaurant wasn’t busy so I probably could have sat for a while to hang out and continue my practice questions, but the vibe wasn’t the most cozy or welcoming. SERVICE: 3⁄5 It was fine. No smiles or «hello“s or really any niceties at all, but it was effective. Order at the counter, and they’ll call your name to pick up your tray when it’s ready. Throw away your trash when you’re done. I’m not really sure that deserved the tip I included when I paid with my credit card… FOOD: 4.5 stars for the gyros, which were moist and flavorful, some of the best I’ve had. Rice was good, not too dry. Tzatziki was quite tasty. I was feeling hungry and couldn’t decide between gyros and beef koobideh, so I added on a skewer of koobideh to my meal. Sadly, only 3 stars for the beef koobideh, which was underseasoned and not the best texture, just a touch too spongy and moist/wet. I tried to drench the koobideh in hot sauce, but it didn’t really save the flavor. 2 stars for the barley soup, which was thick in consistency and didn’t taste that interesting. This place should probably be a 3.5 but I’m rounding down because the service and ambiance were a little lackluster. It’s fine and I’d still come back for those excellent gyros, but I do prefer businesses, whether mom & pop or big & fancy, to have a more welcoming ambiance and attitude.

I’ve used Rosemary Grill exclusively for delivery at this point. For the price, for the convenience, for the quick and always-under-the-expected-delivery-time service, and — most importantly — the food itself, it’s a fantastic restaurant. The chicken kebabs I had were juicy. The lamb gyro was flavorful. While there may be better Persian restaurants in the area(and there are), none are as affordable and as accommodating. I highly recommend their delivery.

We ordered delivery from here the other night. I got the gyro wrap and my boyfriend ordered the lamb plate. My wrap was ok. I imagine it tasting better fresh and it was still pretty good. It came with a mountain of mixed fries which half were good and half were not. My boyfriends«lamb plate» was nothing like it was described — «Chef special roasted leg of lamb, top with tahini, cilantro, tomato and lettuce.» He got lamb wrapped in foil with two pitas and a mountain of fries. No tahini, cilantro, tomato, lettuce… just straight lamb. I felt so bad because I recommended ordering from here that I ended up giving him half of my gyro. One extra star for the low price, there is no where else we could have ordered dinner from for around $ 20. Would give this another shot to hopefully improve my opinion.

Easily one of the better bang for your buck Mediterranean style food spots I’ve had. My go-to Med craving fix. A bummer they’re closed on Sunday’s-I can’t find a spot comparable in price & taste. I’ve tried their chicken shawarma and chicken kabob plates before, I’m hooked on the shawarma plate. I usually get the Chicken Shawarma plate with rice and salad as my sides. Their shawarma is juicy and full of flavor. A must try. Plus it comes with the BEST garlic sauce and pita and hummus included. For only $ 9.99 this is the spot to try. *Avoid delivery, like all Med spots, it’s a tendency to go stingy on the pita and take excessively long.

After a morning of hiking, my friends and I were ravenous and Mediterranean food was the perfect solution. I was craving felafel in particular, and the ones made here are amazing. So fluffy and perfect; they go great in pita as a vegetarian option, or alone with some hummus or dip. Everyone was very happy with their orders: we had pita sandwiches with felafel, pita with gyro, a vegetarian plate with dolmas, and a plate of fries to share. Everything was very fresh and tasted great. The only downside is that there is no convenient public restroom. The restaurant does provide a hand sanitizer station though. You either have to go the the 7 – 11 or Wingstop for a bathroom, but sometimes these are out of order.

I love this place. Sure its a bit dingy and it’s closed on Sundays but who cares? There are three great things about Rosemary Grill. 1) They Deliver for free 2) The Delivery Minimum is $ 12 3) The food is spectacular Those three things make Rosemary Grill my go to. There have been months where I’ve ordered delivery or takeout from there over 10 times in one month, and days where I’ve had both lunch and dinner from Rosemary Grill. Yes, it is *that* good. My go to order is Chicken Kebab Plate Double Caesar Extra Grilled Onion no Tomato. You may be wondering what that gets me. It gets me a good 6 – 8 ounces of tender and tasty chicken kebab(the main course) and a large caesar salad with a very tasty dressing and always fresh lettuce and little tasty croutons. That’s also accompanied with two Grilled Onion Quarters and some garlic sauce hummus and a pita. That’s a lot of food for less than $ 10. Yep, all that for under 10 bucks, on the Westside! Whenever I’m ordering delivery I add a tip and get a drink and it brings it above the minimum required. Delivery is usually within 30 minutes, and though the drivers can often be quite surly and ask for a tip(sometimes even beg) that’s not bad enough in this case to detract from a 5 star review. What could make Rosemary Grill better? I sometimes want to eat Kebab on a Sunday and they’re closed. I also often have a late night Kebab craving and they’re already closed. Aside form that I don’t think much could make this little gem much better. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll like it, and if you don’t like Chicken there is always the lamb which my father says is the best in LA.

Rosemary, you are officially my favorite Persian delivery/take-out place on the Westside! Prices are reasonable, delivery service is reliable and the food is fresh and on point! Everything I’ve tried has been great, and consistently great. My go-to is the chicken kebab plate but I’ve also tried the gyros, salmon kebab, beef kaboodeh and chicken schwarma wraps. All delicious. I love that plates come with a choice of two sides: fries, rice, salad, soup, or a side and a drink. Portions are generous and if I can resist, I usually have leftovers for the next day. The fries are BOMB, and taste just like seasoned curly fries in plump form. I also appreciate that all combos come with a complimentary side of hummus, garlic butter AND chili sauce. I never have to ask, they come standard and are delicious. The chili sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had and gives the perfect amount of spice and acidity to complement my meal. Minimum free delivery is $ 12 and food always arrives when promised, typically 45 – 60 minutes. I usually order through Eat24 and have never had an experience that has been less than satisfactory. If you live or work within the delivery radius of Rosemary Grill, you must have done something spectacular in your past life to warrant such good fortune. Treat yourself to an Eat24 feast the next time you don’t feel like cooking.
