Poor job… Very rude… No customer service at all… Can’t even speak proper English… And was going to give me a horrible arrangement… That a child could have done better… Never again. They take advantage only because they are next to a hospital… Next please… There many many more flower shops… You guys suck…

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! In short, they messed up — offered a refund then called to tell me that they are going to pick up the flowers. WTF?!? Are you kidding me? (Read on for full story).
Flowers are all about impression and making the recipient feel warm and loved — it’s sole purpose is THE EXPERIENCE! Though their arrangement was nice, their service was Unprofessional, Down Right Rude and Completely Shocking! (If you don’t believe me, check out the picture of the card that I uploaded and you’ll see).
I wanted to do something nice for my SO and what better way to put a smile on someone’s face than a nice bouquet of flowers, right? WRONG! Not from here…
I called and the 1^st questions I asked was «how much do you charge for delivery?». Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind the delivery fee. I just wanted to make sure they don’t charge an arm and a leg like some places. The lady (owner) followed my question by asking for the address — I figured, location and distance matters. So, after I told her that the delivery location was a few blocks away and providing the address, she immediately asked me what the occasion was, who it was for and what type of flowers I wanted. Without thinking about the fact that she hadn’t answered my questions (my mistake), I began answering her questions. At the end she gave me a summary of the charges and SURPRISE $ 10 delivery fee. No big deal, we’re this far already, she seemed like a super nice lady and we joked a little, so let’s move forward with the order. Provided credit card and went about my day.
After the arrangement was completed, she sent me an image of the arrangement which I thought this was a super nice bonus of service since you never see what you’re ordering…
THE PROBLEM! And this was an embarrassingly terrible problem! Before anything, I want to make it known that if the situation was taken care of as promised by them, I would have given this place 5 stars despite their complete lack of the ability to pay attention and the HUGE mistake.
The card she received was suppose to have said «Looking forward to seeing you tonight.» Instead… «WORKING forward seeing you tonight». That DOESN’T even make sense! YOU KIDDING ME???
I called the store back and spoke to the owner and she was super apologetic and offered a full refund without me even asking for one. I thought WOW what great customer service! But. Surprise! 5 minutes later I get a call from a guy who introduced himself as the «Store Manager» who then told me that they are sending out a driver to, are you ready for this? PICK UP THE FLOWERS! Are you kidding me? You already embarrassed me with the broken English, and now you want to take a step further by PICKING UP THE FLOWERS? (And why am I talking to the manager when the owner already made things right?)
After spending an hour on the phone arguing with the gentlemen who claimed to be the store manager, They offered half my money back and told me that it’s «against their policy to offer refunds» and that’s the best they are willing to do. But it’s not against your policy to double check your damn writing? Are you F’in kidding me? Their excuse. we messed up on the card, not the flower… How about YOU RUINED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE? The sole purpose of your business!
Unprofessional rookies who don’t know how to run a business and need a whole lot of help with their customer service skills. Safe to say I will never do business with them again and I recommend you save yourself from throwing away your money and go to a different florist!

Theresa Kim is so nice she delivered my roses to my friend for her birthday. This was my first online order of roses too. It was an awesome experience.
I definitely recommend this place if you want to order flowers for any special occasion.
