Rosa’s Nails

I walked in for ONE broken nail. The OWNER of the nail shop helped me out. She was the one who did my nail. She did a HORRIBLE job! I have real nails and one of my real nails broke, I told her I just wanted one nail. She didn’t even match that ONE nail to the rest of my nails. It looks so obvious that is fake! Check out the picture!!! She was so careless.

They did a great job when i first started going. But on my third visit they ruined my nails and my eyebrows. More than half the staff doesn’t speak English and they couldn’t make it more obvious that they’re talking about you. I asked them to just clean up my eyebrows and they made them so thin i couldn’t even see them anymore! When they did my gel nails they got mad because i didn’t want a manicure too. So the girl that was doing my nails went and some to a lady and when she got back she started my nails. Well idk what they said but she did a terrible job on my nails. Didn’t cover them completely with polish and got mad when i pointed it out. She did they were «okay». Well she didn’t get a tip. Never going back.

it s not the best place in the world but they do the job it does bother me that they speak Chinese because sometimes it feels as they’re talking about you. My grandma goes there for her pedi all the time everyone knows her she always gets red nails black tip and a line of glitter lol. I do my eyebrows, and nails their if you show them a pic of what you want they’ll do it for you. it’s a great price. on eof the older guys thats there has done my nails a couple ti mes hes very friendly and tries having a conversation with you

I used to go there till Tina got fired cause the other coworkers were jealous of how much we looked for her.
The owner does excellent job and he’s always polite and educated for the rest it’s delusional, they don’t speak English and they’re most of the time talking in Chinese which is very rude cause sometimes you can tell for their sights when they are talking bad about others customers between them. I will not going back again .
The price it’s cheap but the quality isn’t the best.

It not clean and the ladys aren’t friendly but the two guys are very nice. They are cheap but do a great job.

will not go back here their very rude… and they don’t have parking gotten two tickets on the meter because the parking enforcement claimed i was outside the white lines… lady got upset at me for changing my mind about doing my eyebrows and told me off in front of my kids and a bunch of other peeps… dont come here

Not a VERY clean place, not VERY nice staff, most of them do not speak english well, however they do understand what you ask them for and do an OKAY job of pedicures. Jim does GREAT gel mani’s and GOOD pedi’s, he’s also very friendly and polite.
