My family had to replace all plumbing pipes to the street and replace entire new driveway with new cement. After 8 – 10 complete estimates of 14k-​20k and 1 year I called my heating and air guy of 25 years and he referred me to Rudy at Rootermax. Rudy came the next day with his cement man and cut out all the hokey pokey and came up with a complete package of this 3 day event for $ 8500.00 with a full 5 year warranty on everything. My family saved $ 5500.00 off of our best estimate. We set a date and he arrived with his cement man and a storage bin and 4 guys and day 1 was jack hammering driveway, pickup and removal of cement. Day 2 he arrived with 4 more plumbers and diggers as the removed and replaced all pipes to the street after 10 hours it got dark and out came the lights as the diggers moved towards the final pipes at the street and tunneled into the night to complete the plumbing. These were all top notched pros that would make El Chopo proud with there tunneling skills. Day 3 a truck arrived with rebar and 4 guys to install and prep for cement. At noon the a large cement truck an 3 more guys, 7 bodies in total. As soon as the cement was ready to pour, Rudy from Rootermax arrived to over see all to perfection. While the cement was on its final stages Rudy snaked all pipes and repair a broken sink and toilet and no additional charges. A few months later he came back for a full inspection and check up. We now have a plumber for life, someone we can trust and easy on the pocket book. I have referred him 4 clients and all are happy campers. Thank you Rudy and Rootermax and your entire staff for the great service and great price. You turned a absolute nightmare to a dream come true !!!

Rudy came by to check out a leak underneath my house. It wasn’t pretty — somehow the guy who had inspected the house a mere six months ago (just before I bought it) failed to realize that there was a waste pipe that wasn’t connected! As a result, alot of the waste water from my kitchen was just leaking into the ground in the crawlspace. (Now I know what that awful smell was!)
It took him a couple of hours, but he not only fixed the problem (replaced the pipe) he went the extra mile and put in a clean-​out that was easily accessible from outside. He was friendly, courteous and gave me a great price. Highly recommend!

Rudy from Rootermax was great! He was on time, polite, gave a free estimate and even waited till I got approval from my boss to do the work. Our sink in the lobby of our business was clogged and he not only fixed the clog but also fixed our garbage disposal without an extra charge and he already had a great price.
