This is my favorite homeware/​kitchenware retail store in Los Angeles! Everything looks neat and organized whenever I come into the store, and the workers are always friendly! They also carry my favorite kitchenware brands at a much cheaper price than most of the retail stores that I’ve been to, and everyone is informative on each product so it’s definitely helpful to pick out which products I need. They’re always doing cool promotions and sales as well, so I saved a lot of money coming here rather than the more established homeware/​kitchenware retail stores. I definitely recommend this place to those who enjoy cooking like I do, and wouldn’t mind investing in high-​end brand names like Fissler and Hurom.

A kitchen heaven! If I could I would love to buy everything kitchen related in here. This place is a two level upper/​high end kitchen galore. I bought a Hurom juicer here and I was lucky enough to get a demo and sample the juice as it came out! On top of it to my surprise it was on sale so that was an added bonus for me. See you next time when I come back to purchase my new set of pots!

Clean & well maintained. A wide variety of upper end home goods & more! Two floors of goodies. Right now theyre having special sales from 20−60% off. If you want to shop here, tis the season! They’re even opened on Christmas eve.

Don’t buy anything here and expect top tier customer service. If you buy it, its yours. I’d recommend AMEX for any purchases here, since American Express makes sure its customers can return items, even if the merchant doesn’t want to.
I’ve bought thousands of dollars of items here, and they wouldn’t take a return of a $ 40 item.

I ordered a juicer online from Amazon and it was delivered from here. After a few uses it started making a rattling sound so rather than ship back via Amazon I stopped by and showed them the defective product.
After some difficulty conveying the required information needed to fix the machine, Korean being the first and second language here, I was able to get satisfaction and returned home with a working product.
Whilst waiting for the repair I walked around the store and looked at their high end kitchen products, eye candy gadgets and other items. 2 level store full of luxury items. Always a sucker for kitchen knicknacks, I bought a few. Also my first Bobble
a cool water filtration system right from the bottle to the mouth.
A few weeks later I received my first mailer from them, spelling my name and address so badly I am surprised that it ever got here. Must have been processed by a Korean USPS worker to get to me. Needless to say I have been back several times to get more gadgets here and correct the spelling too.
Worth a visit. Always some things on sale. Pleasant staff. And they have a parking attendant who directs you out of the underground lot like a traffic cop, OG style.
