They have a lady delivery driver who is a crook. I ordered from Grub hub on February 10, 2015 and stated that I would be paying cash for my food and at the time they delivered the food a lady texted my phone saying she was outside and had no where to park. I was at the store so I told her to hold on I would send my co-worker outside to pay for the food. She paid a total of 50.00 for the food in which the total amount the food cost was 40.06 and she received the 9.00 and change. Well last night I go to the bank and realized they double charged me. Never did the lady tell my co-worker that this was prepaid and now they are saying they are going to investigate this. This company stole my money. Their corporate office is ridiculous and is trying to find away to cover it up.

The customer service is probably the worst. Most cashiers hardly know any English, so they might get your order wrong or understand anything you are trying to say. If you can get pay that, the food is alright although slightly overpriced.

I have been going to Rodeo Grill on Sunset since 2004 and I still love it. The service and food is great. Very clean and nice place to bring your family or mate. My usual choices are the Pollo Asado for lunch/dinner and the Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Cant beat it. TIP: Chips are FREE if you ask for some. They make a secret, in-house salsa called«Happy Sauce». It’s not a joke. It’s a little more milder with green onions mixed in it. It’s free, you have to ask for it. CONS: They raise the prices once a year or two. TRYIT!

I been loving it here since I was working at the Payless that used to be across the street! I always get the green chile enchiladas. I’m snobby when it comes to fake vs. real Mexican food n this is my fav in l.a.

Well, I’ve been back quite a few times, and I have to say they are not consistent with the burritos. Sometimes it’s great and other times it’s so-so. I’m not sure what it is that can’t be replicated every time, but I’ve gotta downgrade to 4 stars.

Overpriced Mexican food, that tasted like doo doo. From the stale chips to the canned decried beans and canned enchilada sauce. This place was terrible and when I looked closer dirty. I would never eat here again!

Okay, so I’m certain that we can all attest to there being an(over)abundance of readily procurable options when in search of gratification to your Mexican hankerings. * * * * * * * * * * * Taco stands, taco trucks, street tacos, Taco Bell, lol …(I sound like a Spanish Bubba Gump right now), but you guys catch my drift. For the most part, if its«south of the border» satisfaction you desire, all you really need do is pull up to a stop light and flash your high beams. O__o All things considered, while the array of options seem to flag you down all the while partitioning your taste buds, within an abyss of simply«okay» options… «GREAT» Mex– is what seems to be hard to come and let’s face it: No one wants to SETTLE for just«good» food. Having presented that disclaimer ^ Rodeo Mexican Grill boast 3 locations(DTLA, Echo Park and Hollywood) yet I can’t by any means attest to them being the best thing past sliced pork. While I’m affording them a star for franchising and an additional star for offering the service of «delivery», the food is rather… well, …mediocre. I really can’t subscribe to pasty pinto and/or refried frijoles and the rice is nothing to write home about either. Typically I go for an asada burrito or quesadilla and to be frank… better yet, «franco» …while this place has a pretty reputable«salsa bar» — offering red, green and traditional salsas w/the self-serve option… if they all don’t facilitate duly as a laxative — then the food is sure to leave you pondering on why you didn’t spend the extra buck or two simply to purchase something a bit more worthwhile. From English to Espanol, «que es bueno para lo que es bueno para» translates to «its good for… what it’s good for». Given the fair prices and admirable customer service at ‘Rodeo’, 3 stars seem to be directly on point… yet I can’t under any circumstances envision myself traveling to this place for any reason other than to acquire sustenance — — - as you await payday w/empty pockets and an overdrawn bank account.

The set up of this place is quite nice. I had a mojara frita which was ok. But i did not appreciate that the food sent me straight to the bathroom as it’s being digested. Would i give it a second chance? Maybe, crossing my fingers it wont trigger stomach cramps again. Ill try the same plate since it was $ 9.00 for a good portion.

I came to this establishment because it was recommended by many friends. I waited a half an hour after ordering menudo before I was rudely asked if I was planning on eating there. It wasn’t until then that I was told they didn’t have anymore. I will NEVER patronize or recommend this place.

I used to love this place. I hate to say this but after I found a long black hair on my bacon & eggs I cannot bring myself to ordering from here again. it totally ruined my morning, after I called, the person who answered didn’t seem to care much… I didn’t want another breakfast but maybe a little acknowledgement since we order from here a lot ! Fish tacos, French toast, you will be missed ! !

I’m so serious. This location is better than the Olympic location. The food taste better because of that fact. The chicken fajitas are better than most any place. They were on special today. Huge serving, so I will definitely be enjoying the rest later. I could come here everyday and never get tired. It wasn’t crowded. Good music playing, while two larger screens show different sports.

My family loves coming here for a quick fix of Mexican food. I like that they serve breakfast all day, so I always get the sunny-side up eggs and steak. It comes with Mexican rice, a slice of avocado, and beans. The eggs are on top of a tortilla, which is different than most places. However, I would change the beans. The color is not even brown and it is super liquefied. I like the paste taste that other places have. Or even the beans and rice mix that people call«casamiento» is delicious. If this dish came with that, I would’ve had no complaints. Customer service is good. They are all super friendly and if you want a refill, you have to get it yourself, which I like because I don’t like to wait for waiters/waitresses to come and refill my drink. I will still come to this establishment for that quick fix. Next time, I’ll try their margaritas.

My wife and I love the food here(the carne asada burrito & salsa verde in particular) and appreciate that they deliver. My gripe is the burritos are not a consistent size. They used to be consistent and generous enough to split, but now they are anywhere from about 20−40% smaller both in length and girth. Funny way to put it but the wife and I miss the old, well endowed burritos. Maybe we could get accustomed to a change in size but there is no consistency from one order to the next. This makes meal planning difficult and puts my sense of value in flux(the price never changes, just the size). At least the salsa verde is consistent now, opposed to the random order being way too spicy. Which is good now because that salsa verde is the best I’ve ever had!

Salsa bar and clean vibe. Pay up front, go to the salsa bar, and grab a table and food will be bussed to your table a la Sizzler. Open late but the place feels a bit out of sorts. It lies somewhere between Acapulco and Tacos Mexico in the gringo — authenticity scale. Not the cheapest nor the tastiest, but hefty portions and late hours make up for the mediocrity.

Came with a friend before a show at The Echo. Like a lot of eateries in the area, there was a menu of vegetarian options. My wet asada burrito was good, but the inside was lukewarm. Rice and beans were solid. Unfortunately, they messed up my friend’s order. He requested no beans but his order came with beans. One thing I did like was they gave us free chip refills at no charge.

These guys are a little slow. Just had a take out order Cocido(soup) to go. It took 18 minutes just for my order. I know the soup is pretty good, that’s why I stopped by, but seriously. Always good food, whether it is Carne asada plate, tacos, Huevos Rancheros or soups are all good. I still think the Rodeo on Olympic is better and faster also. Tip: Call in your order ahead of time to cut down your wait.
