I’ve lived in Robinson Residences’ Wallace house for 2 years and I am pretty satisfied with my experience with my landlords. This Wallace house is renovated in 2011, with very nice bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. I can’t say the rent is cheap since my rent was $ 800 for one bedroom. But the room is really nice, and cleaning lady is coming every week to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and carpets. I always borrow vacuum from the cleaning lady to clean my own room as well. And landlords are very responsive every time I have any problems with my room and it will be fixed very fast. And the backyard is pretty spacious too, so I never have had problems finding parking spots. So I would recommend them.

I had an amazing time living in the Robinson’s Griffith Hall for 2 years. It’s a large house just under a mile north of USC campus, and it’s a student-only house. Almost everyone living there(while I was there at least) is a graduate student. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and neighborly. The Robinsons take great care of their properties, so while I was there I got to enjoy upgraded lighting and improvements to the common space(hallways only for me as I lived in a studio) but the units themselves are pretty new(granite countertops and newer plumbing). When I left for the summers for internships, they helped me find subtenants and facilitated that process as much as possible for me. They were always very responsive to requests regarding the facilities, and were generally reasonable in every respect. They’re just nice people. I’d recommend living in a Robinson Residence for any grad student at USC.
