Considering the location of the store, I expect more from them. The lines are always long, and there is never more than two people on the registers. That’s what sparked me to write this review. As I walk in I can see the line is already down to the second aisle of the store with frustrated customers. It was enough for me to walk right back out and now I’m headed to another store. Parking lot was full due to everyone being in line. Not the best option if you’re just running in for a quick convenient store run.

This pharmacy is so annoying. I’ve been here three times and three times they don’t have the medicine I was prescribed! What pharmacy does not have pain meds and antibiotics??? Never coming here again.

It’s good. Always has that thing that other stores don’t, and everyone is very friendly. Even when the line is long, the cashiers really work through it and get everyone out as efficiently as possible.

This Rite Aid consistently has the worst photo pick up service I’ve ever seen. They never have my order ready despite my confirmation email. And apparently pick up for an online order is every Thursday. I shouldn’t be receiving an email saying my order is ready on a Tuesday.
Otherwise the layout of the store is clean and the pharmacy is pretty efficient although they keep trying to push generic medications on you. The checkouts could be faster sometimes too.

After getting my Korbel Liquor get to cashier and she ask to see my i. D and I said I have to see ur id so she says if your over 65 you don’t have to show me. I said what I never heard of that! Some cashier named Sofia told me that!

The first thing that attracted me to this Rite Aid in Los Angeles was that it was by itself. Not attached to any little strip mall or plaza. Nice spacious parking lot in Los Angeles! Seemed like I was in the suburbs and not crowded and trafficky L.A. Located on the corner of Olympic and Crenshaw. Finding this Rite Aid before heading back onto the freeway was a relief!
The store looked very clean and modern inside. They must have done some remodeling recently. Place looked great. Found what we needed with no problems. Priced fairly as well. Staff was ok.
If I lived in the neighborhood, then I would be a regular here. Got to have my Thrifty ice cream!

I’ve been going to this store for many years, and have never been disappointed with the service. The people in the pharmacy are just great, especially Magda and Edwin. Magda always knows me by name. I live pretty close right now, but I know that if I moved, I would still drive pretty far to go to this store,.

The best thing about this location is that it has Thrifty Ice Cream. For about $ 2, I can get a cone.
From time to time their workers aren’t the brightest but that’s any place. The pharmacy is good and they are helpful.

this review is for edwin the pharmacist. this dude is amazing. he is sweet, competent and informative. more than once he has gotten my prescription ready in two minutes, and with a smile. he gives great consultation too!

I usually go to this Rite Aid when I want some ice cream. Either to buy a cone or to buy a bucket of Thrifty ice cream. This excellent ice cream is incomparable to any other.

Pharmacy staff not very helpful. They seemed like I was interrupting their conversation by asking them a question. Cashiers here are also not too friendly. Will not be returning here.

Meh, it was an okay experience. I went in when they had a big sale going on toiletries. The cashiers are okay. Not a happy chipper bunch. The store was clean and it was easy to find what you needed.

Everything is locked, so to buy a razor you have to ask one of the sales associates which is a pain. Not a good selection of Rockstars, and slightly overpriced, even for a pharmacy.

An ok store. I have gone here a few times. Unluckily the last time they were out of some items but they were on sale so I guess that is to be expected.
