I have worked out with Ryan over ten times, and every time I discover new exercises. Most recently he took me through a body weight workout by the track. This consisted of dynamic stretching, circuit training, sprints, and cool down stretching. Our next workout was in the gym where he coached me on my form for squats and dead lifts. Ryan loves what he does — strength training, conditioning, and nutrition are personal hobbies of his. The advice and coaching he gives are those he himself employs. I’ve strived for a healthier diet from being around him. Above all, Ryan is a man of great character. His sincerity and concern for his friends’ and clients’ overall well-being are his greatest assets as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
