Reseda Cuts

I absolutely had to write a review after my experience here on 5÷12÷12. I came in and said I wanted a #2(this means a BUZZ cut!). She replied with «all the way around?» and I answered «yes.»
She started cutting my hair with scissors and styling and this and that and I interrupted her and said, «I said #2 right?» Her response was «yeah yeah yeah don’t worry.» She kept cutting it with the scissors and then even started gelling my hair. I interrupted her again «this is all coming off right?» and she goes «yeah yeah yeah don’t worry.» After she said all done and tried to finish, I started telling her (politely) it wasn’t at all what I wanted and that I asked for a #2 (three different times).
At this point she started giving me attitude that I didn’t tell her buzz cut or «all the way around.» I thought this was ridiculous because a #2 IS a buzz cut unless they have one of those displays with model hair styles (which they don’t) AND she’s the one who said «all the way around?» when I first told her #2. She kept making it sound like the misunderstanding was my fault and gave me a lot of grief over not interrupting her to tell her when I stopped her two different times to confirm that I asked for a #2 and she just kept saying yeah yeah yeah. After we cleared up the misunderstanding, she rushed through buzzing it off and it came out uneven and waaay too long for a #2 as it usually gives a prickly standing straight up effect where this one ended up being longer and laying a little flat. I wasn’t even going to comment on the quality of her screwing up the easiest hair styling option possible and just paid and left. In summary, I would not recommend coming here… wait…to be specific, I would recommend NOT coming here as you can go anywhere for a $ 10 hair cut and still expect quality and customer service as opposed to BS and a stylist who is all ‘tude and no talent.
