I went here because I was hungry, I brought mnm cookies and donuts. The donuts tasted like shit and made me sick. The cookies were STALE and hard. This is not okay.

This store had grown so much. This is the store to go to. Wherever you go you see smiling faces and friendly service. All the employees there are willing to drop what they are doing and help you find what you need. They make you feel like family. The store manager does a very good job running this store. Him being cute helps it too. I will defiantly come back and shop here again. This is my go to store

My favorite Ralphs. This location has the best staff I have come across in all of Southern California. Their friendly and greet me with a smile every time I visit. The store is clean and has a good selection of produce and meats in the meat department. I highly recommend Ralphs to everyone who wants a quick, friendly and helpful grocery store.

5 stars for staff friendliness and helpfulness. This store is clean and the people who work there are amazing! Every single staff that passed by me while I was shopping through the store made an effort to greet me and/or ask me if I needed assistance. They even give out free samples of the stuff that they make, from sushi to pastry. It’s definitely a lot better than other Ralphs and it’s a breath of fresh air. During my visit, they even said«It’s top of the hour team members. Please check your departments to make sure everything is in tip top shape!» That’s awesome! It was father’s day today, and during my trip, they also made an announcement toa ll the fathers, wishing them a happy father’s day. Aw!~~ It’s really the little things that adds up and I definitely would shop there again and again. The only thing is that the prices aren’t that competitive, but hey, it is L.A. and it is next to the airport, prime real estate = higher prices? Staff at the deli and staff at the starbucks were extremely friendly and helpful. When you’re in the area, stop by and be amazed.

First of all the new CEO hasnt a clue about keeping loyal customers-I went to this store for 12 years, daily! Then they brought in this new asshole manager named Michael– I saw him rudley talk down to an 80 year old man that just wanted to buy a half dozen eggs! so rude! After the remodel the prices went up on everything-Vons is cheaper than Ralphs now! Ralphs has lost me forever as a loyal customer because i discovered how cheap the 99 cent only store is, also once a month i go to Wallmart for most of my groceries –Ralphs charges $ 22.99 for Body Fortress Protien Powder and at Wallmart it is only $ 16.99! Coffee, cheese is some much cheaper. Also Corporate needs to talk to the employees at this Ralphs, I know them all-they ahte this new manager Michael-many a transfering to other storesand many are look for other companies to work for! Good riddance Ralphs!

This Ralphs use to be kind of a mess. It was old, out dated and the service was miss and hit. So bad at one point that I wrote a letter to Kroger to complain about its crap/hostile service. Fun Fact: This Ralphs even had its own FB page called«The Ralphs that Kroger forgot». It may or may not still be up, it was mentioned to me by another local Unilocaler. Now with what seems to be millions invested in to the store’s remodel it has some new life! Hell, it even has a Starbucks satellite in it. I like the new look and organization of things. The downer is that I still can’t find many of the authentic Mexican spices & mixed like to use when I want to prepare something special. I let it slide and go somewhere else to get them. No biggie. Also, whats up with .33¢ per lime or $ 3 per avocado?! No mamén. Avocado & limes aside… Its a convenient store that has finally caught up with the 21st century. This is where Ill do most of my check in’s. Did I mention there is an on sight sushi chef knocking out rolls and well… sushi? Peace.

Perhaps the pricing at this Ralph’s is just typical LA pricing… but to this Seattle person, it felt overpriced. I say this as someone who buys lots of organic /vegan /etc. specialty food and even periodically visits Whole Paycheck. Apparently this store is part of the same chain that owns QFC in the Northwest, which explains a bit of the strategy… I had to sign up for a frequent shopper card despite not being a resident in order to avoid paying $ 5/half-gallon of non-organic milk. The selection is okay. They have bulk foods, some of which are reasonably priced. The only thing I like about this grocery is the employees… they all seem friendly and helpful and quickly remembered me after my first visit. One actually walked me over to the fresh pasta rather than just telling me the aisle number or location. I remember visiting this location years ago when I was staying at the custom hotel… it’s since been remodeled and from what I remember it’s a big improvement.

I’ve lived in Westchester for a few years now — so it’s about time I review my local, neighborhood Ralphs. This store was just remodeled. It’s all fancy now. Even has a Starbucks. Not that I drink coffee — but I love tea. As for the store, I choose to shop here even when there’s several grocery stores nearby so now after the remodel, it’s the only one I shop at, with the exception of Bristol Farms. A different store for different things. There’s parking both in front and back. Service is and has always been great. The store has just about everything I need though I should mention that I don’t cook at home(eat out all the time) so my shopping habits are much different than many others.

This is a nicely remodeled Ralph’s along Lincoln Blvd in LA, not far from the airport. The isles were wide and clean, the produce selection was good and well organized and the other departments I checked out were all nice too. Things were easy to find and tidy. Floors were clean and the employees I met were polite. Huge variety of yogurts, fresh looking seafood and nice deli selection. I would shop here again.

I go to Otis right across the street from Ralphs, needless to say I am here at least three times a week. Since the recent remodel, it really has improved. It looks nicer and cleaner, the layout is much easier to figure out and they added a starbucks and a great deli. Not sure if the deli/sushi section was there before(if it was, I never noticed it) but surprisingly, the sushi is actually good! I know you may be skeptical getting sushi from a grocery store, but trust me — it’s good.

Love that there’s a starbucks in the neighbor hood now. If a 3 mile ride to work takes 30 minutes it’s great to have a coffee to sip on. All the starbucks crew is great. I’m not so impressed with their berries, I buy a lot of them – and they always seem not so fresh, but other than that, love the new look and the clean feel of the renovated store. They have tons of people running around greeting you, but only one register open and the cashier is in some office at the other end of the store. You guys got to work this out… pretty please. Waiting for a cashier early in the morning is no fun.

At first I didn’t enjoy this Ralph’s but they went through a whole remodeling adding a Starbucks and did a really good job making the tiny store feel huge. Love going here now and making this my main grocery store.

This used to be the darkest, dirtiest, just plain old WORST grocery store, which is such a bummer because it’s SO convenient to where I live. Now…THANKGOD they went through a major renovation!!! This store has gorgeous produce, fresh meats, great selection of high-end ingredients, pay-per-pound section of flours and quinoa and nuts and such, an amazing deli counter also serving delicious Boar’s Head sandwiches… I could really go on and on. I am so so happy they renovated this location, they did an amazing job and I am a VERY happy returning customer!!!

So… Last time I wrote about my neighborhood Ralphs it was, let’s see, 6 years ago. Oh my. A lot has happened since then, especially recent renovations. And OMG our Ralphs has entered the 21st century! I want to join the other reviewer exclaiming YAY and add my own joyful yay. It’s freaking gorgeous now! I kinda want to live there. PS to the people who gave my Ralphs a one star review: You say you got eyes rolled at you when you asked a sales person for help in the produce department. Are you sure it was a sales person? Maybe it was me. I’m there all the time… And you, who says they are freaking rude there — What? Huh? Pardon? I’m flabbergasted. LOL.

Yay finally this Ralph’s got renovated and brought its décor into modern times. It’s not a ‘fresh fare’ but it has a good deli and a Starbucks. Sushi is coming… Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful. Park in back since there are many more spots back there than in front. Good produce but the butcher could use and improvement.

Ralph? I think it’s Ralphs actually, but I’m not one to tell others how to live. This is a nice little neighborhood store. Definitely not a ginormus Super Ralphs, There is no pharmacy or banking services, but for this hood it’s all we need. The service is adequate and everyone that works at this location seems to friendly and in reasonably good spirits. They have a nice produce selection, nearly as good as Bristal Farms, which is just a block away. The meat department is not as nice as BF’s but they are a ton more reasonable in terms of prices. In fact this Ralph(s) is superior to the nearby Bristal Farms when it comes to cost in general. For me this store is my everyday market, and then Bristal for that specialty item that I just have to have.
