Way too many random/inappropriate things happen here tbh…

Worst customer service ever. Terrible bakery. Rude and unhelpful staff. I ordered a cake from them and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a bakery. Never again.

Produce shelves are understocked. When asked, management could not give a clear reason as to why, and could not guarantee that patrons would be able to access items like mushrooms or staples without seeking out a produce staff member to retrieve the items from the back.

This is the closest Ralphs location to me and it’s a pretty nice store in a newer plaza. Parking is easy and plentiful in the giant parking lot, and I like that I can also do my CVS shopping in the same trip since that’s also in this plaza. The store itself is large and easy to get around. It’s pretty well-stocked and has a decent variety of products and brands. My only wish is that they had a bigger, better selection of produce… I’d like to see more organic stuff in there. Friendly staff.

I usually come to this Ralph’s because it’s local… but it’s not my first choice. On the positive side… the store is well stocked and easy to navigate. However my shopping experience could be improved if the staff was friendlier, signage was up to date, and if the check out clerks moved just a little bit faster. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience at this Ralph’s…but it is a hassle getting in and out quickly. I’ll most likely come back but it’s definitely not my first choice for groceries.

Not happy with the customer service. Was checking out gave 2 IDs to purchase alcohol both california iterim driver license and my out of state license. Note that nowhere does it say that the interim license is not valid for of I’D. I am 25 years old clearly over 21 but yet was denied my purchase because I «looked to young» for the cashier. If however I «looked older» there wouldn’t be an issue. There words not mine. This is not how customers should be treated. I believe age discrimination had taken place.

I’m not a regular shopper at this location. After my experience with the store manager, Rodney, I don’t see the need to become one. I stopped at the store to use the Coinstar kiosk. The machine jammed. I asked the cashier for help. She paged and called for the store manager, Rodney, no less than 5 times. After more than 20 minutes Rodney saunters to the front of the store only to spend another 5 minutes to search for a key. Rodney does not grasp the concept of customer service. He should either consider management training or another career path.

Your fish is fried for FREE!!! The fish department is the best. Beautiful, affordable fish available. Plus, frying is FREE! One time, I got three pounds of tilapia fried. Very delicious! The batter was peppery. Plus, it’s cheap!

One of the most organized store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The isles are clear and well stocked and clean and I love the self checking stations. The checker keep the lines moving

I have shopped at Ralph’s around town. For a Ralph’s, this one deserves a 5 stars. It’s a super clean and well furnished store. The staff is helpful. Decent selection of food, drinks, produce, and holiday selections. My favorite is the fish fry from the seafood counter. Order whatever is on discount, and they will season and fry it like coming out of a restaurant. Absolutely delicious. It has an upscale atmosphere, perhaps because the shoppers are. It’s a busy store but plenty of parking for everyone.

Fast service and friendly employees. The only problem is the salad bar. They only have one or two out of six listed salad dressings. If you want a Ralphs that has all of the ingredients at the salad bar, then go to the Ralphs on 9th st and S. Flower St or Vermont Ave and Adams.

My review is specifically of the bakery/deli section. The ladies that work there are simply awesome! Every time I go in there they are friendly and helpful. Everyone always seems so pleasant… The fried chicken is pretty awesome as well.

This is a HORRIBLE Ralphs! Parking is extremely difficult, the traffic pattern in the parking lot is like the 405 during rush hour, and the customer service in the bakery is AWFUL!(I wish I had known prior to ordering my cake from this location). I had to call out for attention to one baker, and was completely ignored by another because she was too busy flirting with a customer who arrived AFTER I did. This is a grocery store, right? However, I couldn’t tell if it was a grocery store or a «meat» market! I’ll take a little flirting but come on… this location is in so many words a singles warehouse. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the place to be. I just prefer to shop for food instead of men when I’m hungry. The management at this Ralphs need to get it together! I will NOT be back to this location… unless I need a date!

Nice store, but deli, bakery section is really slow and horrible. customers have a hard time getting service. ot even finding someone who works that area… they really need to close the service deli and bakery department. This was my review 2 yrs ago. Now. they have definitely improved. I would recommend this store! Deli is now fast paced.

Nothing to complain about. Well organized store and friendly staff. Whenever I forget my rewards card, staff helps me with their card. I continue going to this store.

They sell 70⁄30 beef. Is that even legal for human consumption? They sell 90⁄10 for $ 7 a pound — Trader Joe’s sells the same for $ 4 and TJ’s offers 96⁄4 for $ 5 a lb. That’s either Ralph’s engaging in despicable food-profiteering or bad business. Either way, fining unprocessed, minimally processed, or non-artificial processed food at Ralph’s is a complete nightmare, and they consider these products premium, rather than standard fare.

This is one of few grocery stores in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at their craft beer selection. They have a nice assortment of bombers including but not limited to Stone, Strand, Firestone, and Lagunitas IPAs. Its good to see the community expanding culturally outside of hard liquor and spirits. No Dogfish or Russian River yet but we’ll get there. Outside of adult beverages, I really like this new organic push by Ralph’s with their Simple Truth foods. Their granola and salad mixes are really good with fair prices.

Very clean store and courteous staff. The seafood and produce are always fresh. They fry the fish you select while you shop. It’s very tasty and not too salty. The staff at the fry counter can be a bit cranky but not so bad that you won’t go back. Ample parking and open late for my late night runs. Lot is pretty clean too.
