The worst customer service ever! Get a new drive through person during midnight hours. Never going there again.

Food is really good but the services is horrible. The manager is rude wont even look or speak to you. They also got my order wrong. This was around 12 pm on a Tuesday so watch out for them smh

Ordered medium buffalo chicken wings and it was full of feathers… wtf? Fast food or not i shouldn’t have to pluck feathers oyt of my fast food, Im not paying to pluck feathers. Im paying fir fadt food straight up.

I was excited to see a Rally’s since I happened to be in the area so I stopped by due to my nostalgia for Checkers in my home state of New Jersey.
While the burger and fries were great, the rest of my experience at this location was lacking. I was ignored for several minutes while standing at the order window (while employees looked at me and continued their tasks). The exterior of the facility and the outdoor seating area were pretty dingy too.
Based on the other reviews here, I see a number of them stating french fry orders were half full. I did notice this with my order. I had two orders of fries, one large, and one small. The large one seemed normal while the small one had about 10 fries in it.

I ordered two big chicken sandwiches and a large fries. They literally filled up my fries to half way. Not cool I like fry’s stingy ass people. The big chicken sandwiches were disgusting, the bread was soggy and so was the chicken patty– yuck. They seemed as if they were more interested in getting us out then giving us quality food. Never coming back! Quality not speed !!!

I came here after a long night I was starving and chose this establishment. I decided to go with the fry lovers, I love fries! I even paid extra for the ranch and buffalo sauce and when I got home I saw this !!

I love rally’s, just hate this particular location. I’ve gone a couple times, only had a few minor issues. This time was quite different though. I only ordered two hamburgers, and after noticing that everyone was getting their food before me, and waiting 20 minutes, I asked when my order would be ready. The employee took my receipt and said she’d be back. Then a few moments later another employee asked me if I had ordered, and when I responded, yes, she gave me a look as if I had lied. After 10 more minutes, one of the employees basically tossed the food at me, and closed the window quickly. The problem is not that they took long to fulfill my order, its the way they handled it by treating me unjustly and without reason.

Customer service through this drive thru sucks. I wanted a stuff ice cream cone and they had a choice of oreo cookie and strawberry shortcake. I asked how are they made? She said, it depends on which one you order. Man! it was only 2 you could have explained both so I could make a choice on which one I wanted. Smart mouth. I just choose strawberry short cake. Once I Approached The Drive Thru Window, I Told Her About Her ediquitte. She immediately started explaining what’s in both of the stuffed ice cream

OK. With precious little locations to eat in the area, this is a solid fast food location. I love their BLT and this location does their bacon right.

Fast service, that’s all I need.

I’ve worked next to rally’s for the past 5 years. As you would imagine I have some experience with ordering with this particular restaurant. First off, there seems to always be different people working there every other week, so there are always team members in training. With that being said, it is not unusual that one would have their order alittle messed up. Be sure and check your bag and make sure everything is accounted for.

Rally’s… I have given you many a-​chances but we can no longer see each other. I’ve moved on… please, you’ve brought this on yourself. If you really love me, you’ll leave me alone. My sister will be back for the dog later.
This restaurant chain is dreadful, I don’t know why people continue to eat here because from what I have ordered, it’s all appalling and leaves a bad after-​taste in your mouth throughout the day. This one in particular is insufficient in so many levels from customer service to cleanliness to its location.
Word to the wise, you don’t want to come here at night unless you’re asking for trouble and want to be in the obituaries the next day. I find the location in Huntington Park to be more appealing but you won’t find me there anymore. You can find me in Tommy’s enjoying top-​notch burgers with great service that leaves you wanting more.
In the end, if you haven’t tried Rally’s by all means please do so, and after you have been disappointed you can spread the word of the tasteless burgers that are Rally’s.
