Rally’s

I’m gunna start off by saying that JULIO, was very rude. I didn’t get my receipt so I had no idea what my number was and I was okay with it until he started calling numbers and I had no idea if it was my order or not, so I went ahead and wanted to let him know that I had not received my receipt since he kept calling the same number over and over again. He was so rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers and told me he knew what I had got and that was not my order and gave me the dirtiest look. I simply said okay. Julio seems like he does not like working there as he responds in a very rude way and tries to rush things, I even witness him give a wrong order. I then went ahead and asked him for his name and he didn’t respond, so he basically ignored me and I had to look at his tag, which I didn’t see at first bc he was hiding it. This is the worst rally’s. The only good thing about it is the cashier who unfortunately I didn’t get her name since I was so busy trying to figure out why the other employee was so rude to me. Then I went ahead and asked for the supervisor and they told me she was in the back and wasn’t available and I had to call. Anyway, I hope the management team reads this. Never going back again.

I ordered a chocolate waffle cone. When I received it, it had a hair on top. I gave it back to the cashier and she said «there wasn’t a hair on it when I gave it to you» I was so shocked and offended that she would actually argue with the customer about a hair when it was clear as day on top of the ice cream and they weren’t wearing hairnets. That was my first time going to this location and it will definitely be the last. They need to train they’re employees better than that. I’ve never felt so cheated in my whole life, because I ended up paying for something I didn’t receive. So I just walked away furious. I can’t believe she would be so petty not to offer me another cone.

This place has a sign that 2 Phillies steak for $ 6 I order it and after I order the cashier comes and said they have no steak because it’s frozen and the manager come and stared yelling and she was so rude the way she was taking I ask her to give me my money back.
