Rainbow nannies has been such a great help to my family. We searched for several months before finding rainbow nannies through a friend who hosted a CPR party. Ty was amazing. She found us an exceptional nanny whom my children absolutely adore! Our nanny came to us at a perfect time. She is very organized, very detailed and punctual. Our lives would not be the same without her. Thanks to Ty at Rainbow Nannies who really understood what our family needed. She took the time to listen to our desires and found us the perfect nanny! We would highly recommend her to any family looking for exceptional help.

Hello everyone I have worked as a nanny for the past 5 years. I am currently got back in touch after a couple of month because she has an opening for 2xs a week job. I decided hey it is a good start and I remember having such an amazing conversation with her the first time. Anyways… so when she first calls me all goes well and I explain to her the reason why I am looking is because I am no longer comfortable where I am at… okay she is trying to schedule my interview with this client and she calls back. This time she calls back telling me no one cares about my situation not to take that to my interview. Okay great advice but the way you said it REPEATIDLY that no one cares… kind over board. Next, on my attempt to fax over certificates that don’t go through I get a call, a text and an email all maybe minutes apart. I decide to call her back… she asks me if we are good for the following day. ?? WAIT, I thought we confirmed that the day before… why am I being asked again. I say yes we are… then she text me about my CPR. I did not fax that over because it is not up to date and I texted her back if it was going to be problem. She calls again… I don’t answer because I am busy doing other things… she texts… and she calls again I figured if I did not answer I would not get anything done because my phone would blow up.
Throughout our last conversation she told me I had a lot of time on my hands… UGH!!! NO I DONT!!! She told me if I were to do my homework and take the time to search for a CPR class I would have found it. YES!!! I have done my homework I have search… but at the moment I need to make money and stop wasting it… I am not saying CPR is not important it is I was a lifeguard for 4 years I KNOW WHAT to do I have done it before… I explained to her that when I made money I would do it… I had also explained to her I was waiting for someone to respond to me over a $ 25 deal for cpr and first aid that was in my budget. Through out our conversation I was trying to multitask and I placed her on speaker as well… she told me «TAKE ME OFF» …
Overall I truly was disappointed with this person I have never met, her performance as a professional was rude, careless, and just plain awful.
I woke up this morning and thought if this was the way the owner of the agency treated me why even bother going to an interview… I might get yelled at again… and honestly she was just unprofessional and I don’t have time for people like that.
