Because my wife is exceedingly happy with her pair of the signature Rag & Bone boots, I assumed the quality would be there on the men’s clothing. What a disappointment! I have no problem paying for quality garments, but I bought an $ 80 v-​neck that was absolute garbage. I gave the manager the opportunity to make it right and she didn’t. I’ll stick with John Varvatos.

Stopped by after dinner with my husband and 1 year old son and cannot say enough about the service we received. A handsome gentleman with glasses helped us and I honestly don’t think I would have purchased the two pairs of pants I did if it weren’t for him. There were two other sales gals there were were just as pleasant. Great experience from a high end edgy boutique!

I have to say I’m completely blown away by the excellent service that the sales associates execute at the Rag & Bone Brentwood store. Every time I come in everyone is upbeat and helpful.
I have to say that Taylor’s professionalism is top notch. She always emails me new clothing that they get in, and is always following up with me about items. She makes the shopping experience very smooth and easy. The entire staff clearly is well trained.
I also love that everyone at the Brentwood store is fashion forward. They all are phenomenal stylist that can put any outfit together effortlessly.
The apparel is out of this world chic. Classy and sophisticated with an edge… you will not be disappointed.

Came inside today, my second time stopping in. Lovely edgy interior, chic improvements, inviting open space.
Very convenient and fabulous to have a high caliber designer boutique right on San Vicente Blvd in Brentwood. Currently, they have a fabulous sale for the quality of Rag & Bone. Still not cheap, but then again, you are paying for quality, not quantity…
My man spoiled me on a shopping spree here today, and I’m sooo glad to own my first R&B staple pieces.
My sales person (tall blonde young guy) was super accommodating, offered us bottled R&B water, and appreciated our business. That’s how a neighborhood designer boutique should always treat its customers… keeps you coming back for more, without the need to drive all the way to Beverly Hills or WeHo (from Brentwood)!

I LOVE Rag and Bone and decided to stop by since we don’t have the actual stores in San Diego. The store is beautiful and not overwhelming at all. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was provided excellent customer service. I was shown items on sale as well as options she thought I would like. (I must apologize as I am horrible with names but I think the gal helping me was Taylor). I was offered water (always a nice touch when out shopping) and attended to very well throughout my visit. I was not pressured at all to buy anything (although I walked out quite a few hundred dollars later) which I appreciate. Next time I am in LA I will definitely stop by.

Love love love! Went here for the first time today and I was completely pleased with my shopping experience.
Lauren and Calvin helped me pick out a few cool pairs of jeans and t shirts on sale! They also showed me pictures of pre-​order jeans for spring that were FAB!
I would much rather come here for my jean fix than intermix or Barneys!
The section and customer service was parallel to none!

My love of rag & bone knows no bounds! This store does not disappoint. Dope music, friendly associates, live plants throughout… Can I move in?! Seriously the manager Kay is super nice & the product is beautiful. I have already spent too much money here but I’m looking fly & feel good about it.
Ps They have parking on the side!
