I have been working the Raf for 6 weeks now and he is great to work with. He ensures that you use correct form, focuses on you entirely and uses variations in training the same muscle group with different equipment. Raf has alot of knowledge when it comes to fitness and he is always concerned about safety. I have increase my strength and endurance working with him. The gym is very comfortable, clean and open. The atmosphere is friendly including the other clients working out.

Started working out with Rafa today. Upon entering this place you are greeted warmly by the other men who work here. The place is nice and cool inside. Great open feel and good selection to get a nice workout in. They have locker rooms and even a shower. Everything is clean too! So different than what I am used to at LA Fitness. LOL. I am having bad right side lower back pain, but still got a pretty good workout in with Rafa. He showed me some great new tricep exercises to get me ready for carnival June 25th. I have 5 more sessions and look forward to working out with him more. His prices are very reasonable, and have a friend who will try him too! He is easy to get along with, and makes sure you do the right form. Parking on the street no problem, and very close to me.

I trained with Rafahael a number of times and was always happy with the sessions. He tailors sessions to the needs and preferences of a client and knows how to balance between being patient with providing an adequate push for trainees. If I still resides in the area, I would continue training with Rafahael indefinitely. I highly recommend using him!

Awesome trainer! Rafa designs individual workout plans based on your needs to help you meet all of your fitness goals. He tracks your progress and most importantly makes sure you are using proper form throughout the session. He also makes sure to vary your workouts. I always look forward to my sessions with him.

Ralph is one of the best trainers I’ve had. He is very in tune with his clients and actually researchers health problems his clients are facing and ways to help when he is unfamiliar with the diagnosis. He is knowledgable about body mechanics and explains why he has you do the certain types of exercises. Also, very knowledgable about nutrition and informs you on ways to eat better and cleaner. I enjoy my sessions with Ralph and recommend him to everyone!

Before Ralph, I mainly did cardio but never noticed the results I’ve always wanted. Then in April 2015, a friend invited me to join her in a Spartan Race and realized I needed a professional in order to get thru the 5 miles &20 obstacles. I found Ralph and set up a complimentary session at which I was only able to do one very weak pull-up and had no idea what a deadlift was nor how to properly do a kettlebell swing. Now, I train with Ralph 3 times a week and he has designed a program that has far exceeded my initial fitness goals. I am beyond ecstatic with my results and I am still astonished I can deadlift 115 lbs. I have also lost 2 inches in my waistline, lowered my body fat, vanished my back leg cellulite, defined my biceps, triceps & qauds and most importantly rounded my bottom!!! Ralph is very positive, professional, energetic and knowledgeable. Every session is different and I look forward to seeing him after a long day in the office. Our 1 hour session go by so quickly. He is very in tune with your body & goals but definitely pushes you if you are slacking. I am very happy I found Ralph and will continue to train with him! 5 Stars!

Rafa is by far the best fitness coach I’ve come across. We train 5 times a week, according to my schedule which works out in my benefit because he actually tries to help me be better fitness wise. I’ve lost 10 pounds in 18 days! I eat better, and I don’t eat out. Rafa helps me with form which is my biggest issue. He helps modify the moves if I struggle, and I love that! We focus on lots of kettlebell moves and circuit training. Cardio days are insane! My body hasn’t plateaued because he always challenges me and switches up my training sessions so its never the same thing! All the other trainers I’ve been to, I always plateaued. Rafa has patience, and he cares about his clients being physically fit! I recommend this guy completely!

With Rafa on your side, you cannot go wrong. He is an excellent trainer. He knows the mechanics of the body and made a workout plan that really strengthened my core and helped me achieve my fitness goals. He also does a great job explaining why he had you do certain exercises. Rafa is very conscientious of you and what’s going on with your body. I’ve never been in better shape. Overall, I highly recommend Rafa!

Training with Rafa is great. He focuses a lot on form as opposed to just getting done and over with the session. It can get frustrating for someone who has always worked out at a cardio pace. However, my results have made it worth it. He listens to what you want and focuses on getting his clients to where they want to be. He’s very approachable and personable. His rates are very affordable as well compared to my previous trainers. ***before and after pictures not available because I deleted all my pictures from when I was heavier. I never want to look like that again!***

Raf is a fantastic trainer, affordable and honestly the best in the Burbank/Studio city area, he really does a fantastic job of correcting your form and helping encourage you to push harder every time. Definitely worth your time!!!
