Give it 5 because Kimberly gave me great costumer service, I needed help deciding on what phone or beats I should get and she gave me details and great information on both, she stayed with us till we decided what I wanted and offered to look at other stores for more options. This place has been here maybe 20 years. the emphasis now is cellphones… but if you look aroung they have some interesting electronic educational projects and basic supplies like solder, sensors and cables. Not cheap but at least they have them. –Update 20130621 Arduino stuff !!!

I went in here looking For an item. And I had a question, when i asked for assistance from employess they said they didnt know where the item that I was looking for was !! They are so lazzy to do their job all they did was stand around talking to eachother !! Horrible customer service never going back there !!

Great customer service !! Knowledgeable sales associates helped me with what i came in for and told me about all the great deals .I ended up purchasing a phone with sprint and never have had a problem .I have sent all my family and friends to shop at this location and they also are pleased as well.

Went in there for some adaptors. The customer service associate told me they didn’t have it per her manager. I went to look myself and they had exactly what I needed. When I advised her that I found what I needed she just replied«well whatever we have over there is what we have.» I spent over $ 50 in this store. I would have taken my business elsewhere but didn’t want to spend gas money driving to the next location. Horrible customer service here, more like customer disservice.

Terrible service. I just switched over to Sprint and had to wait three weeks to get the cover I had oderedfor my phone. It seemed like none of the employees knew other people worked there since each time I called about the status of the cover the employee on the phone had no idea who I spoke with earlier. Basically, terrible service!
