Quiznos

I frequently visit this Quiznos for quick lunches. I am a real estate broker specializing in the downtown Los Angeles area. I have gotten to know most of the employees and managers here and thought it will be fair if I say a few words about the food and their service. I am always in a rush and often call in before I get there for even a better and faster service. I am a vegan and have a very restricted menu and a very selective diet. I always enjoy their soups, salads, and vegetarian sandwiches, with choice of ingredients. I can not tolerate dirty restaurants, and love the cleanness of this restaurant. Friendly people, clean and relaxing atmosphere, choice of good food for even a vegan, fast service, reasonable prices; It will not be fair to ask for more. I highly recommend this restaurant to all in and out of our wonderful City of Los Angeles.

I normally don’t write reviews but I made sure to do so for this Quiznos that I visited. The place was very clean and very friendly service. It was actually really fast service which was perfect for me cuz I was running late. I will definitely visit this location again!

They have the yummiest sandwiches. And the management and staff is super nice. I’m picky about my subs and they make it without getting annoyed with my substitutions!

100% RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE. I love their food this is one of my favorite place; good service, good customer service, delicious food.

This Quizons is the best I’ve been to. The fact that it was so clean and spotless was great. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. I will be back for sure.

Great food and great customer service. Because of how nicely I was treated there I felt it was necessary to leave a review. Because most franchises dont need the help of Unilocal,well because they are already so well known, you think its not necessary to leave them a review. But if i get offered impeccable customer service, then it deserves credit. So definitely check this location out, you wont leave unhappy.

I love this place I don’t live in Los Angeles aria, but made me drive all the way from Valley can’t get enough of the taste and friendly staff great customer service delicious food I highly recommend

I have been to many Quiznos stores as I love the food but this Quiznos is amazing.
The food is always hot, restaurant is so clean & the employees are amazingly friendly, all of them ESPECIALLY the managers.

I go there at least three times a week during lunch for the following reasons. The store is very clean, the restroom is clean, the employees are very friendly, the owner is sweet and nice, and the line moves really quickly and i don’t have to spend my entire lunch time waiting for my food or ordering my food. I have tried all of their sandwiches, my favorite of them is the Italian. I would recommend that to anyone who has never had quiznos or never tried the Italian. Also, it’s important to mention that they always greet you with a hello and a smile, something you don’t hear too often at other fastfood placed, especially when you spend your money.

Manager was very sweet, employees were very friendly. Very clean and the food was great.

Went for lunch and had a really great experience! The manager was such a sweetheart and made me a fantastic vegan sandwich! The staff were very friendly and so accommodating to dietary restrictions and the place is spotless!!!

Addicted to Quiznos! My favorite is the Chicken Carbonara, extra cheese and meat! Yummmy no mushrooms for me though. The Raspberry Lemonade is better then anywhere else!!! Definitely a great place!

This place is the WORST! Their server (a short-​hair Hispanic/​Latino woman around 50 – 65 years old) is extremely RUDE!
It was pouring; we were standing outside by their door, trying to decide what for lunch. She came out and cursed us for blocking their door. Excuse me? First, we were not even in front of the door, just close by. Second, we had not even stood there for a minute. No wonder why they don’t get any customers.
If you are a higher executive, the success of your business and the employment of this woman have a negative relationship for sure. If you are a current or potential customer, be aware!
I would give native stars if I could.

Terrible customer service. Alice the proclaimed owner denied restroom access to potential patrons. Unbelievable policy when starbucks and yogurtland restrooms are out of order, thus management did not have the common business sense to allow potential customers access to their working restroom. Anyone visiting the store is a potential customer in my book but their policy and attitude is probably one of the worst in the modern world. Forced to purchase something, but they surely earned this review. Why would anyone want to eat here after an experience with «Alice the franchise owner» who will probably make and short change your food.

I do not even want to give them one star but have to in order to write a review.
I bought a drink at Starbucks but their restroom was out of order. so I asked an employee here if I could use their bathroom but she said NO. I searched for other place but yogurtland bathroom was out of order as well. I came back here and asked her again «Starbucks and yogurtland restrooms are out of order. I have a job interview now. Could I use restroom, please?» But she denied access to the restroom again. and said «u can buy anything here».
I bought a little snicker ice cream bar for $ 2.50 to use their restroom. I think everyone in their store should be considered as a customer. Terrible customer service and it makes sense there were no CUSTOMER in the store.

I like this location. I feel like Quiznos tend to have pretty bad luck, as I have seen several locations go out of business because of competition from cheaper sub shops like Subway. I hope this one stays around though, because it’s super close to my work.
They also have a really good mix of employees. The Hope St location had a few people who never listened to the order, forgot things, mixed stuff up, etc. This place always gets it right though, and they always seem to have a sense of urgency which is good. I hate when people look like they’re just standing around doing nothing.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Quiznos, but I came here for lunch with my coworkers a few days ago and, I mean, everything looks EXACTLY like I remembered… literally. I don’t think Quiznos has invested any money into new marketing or branding in the past 10 – 15 years! But hey, they had a poster advertising LOBSTER so maybe I’m wrong lol. Eat at your own risk?
I ordered the Avocado veggie sandwich and it was decent. Not great, not horrible. BUT YAY for the self-​serving station equipped with pickles, pepperchinis, and jalapenos! They also have a decent size dining area with plenty of seating options AND they have an private upper level dining area if you want some privacy and a VIEW (of Central Ave.). Hey, a view is a view. This location also plays some nice Samba music to livin up the ambiance since the interior is a little dim and dingy.

Remember when getting your sandwich toasted was a big deal? Quizno’s is the height of 90’s bullshit. «OMG, I can get my sandwich toasted!!! I wantz it all!!!» Everyone got Quizno’s, but then in true American fashion, people got bored of having toasted sandwiches. Also, Subway started toasting their sandwiches, and that was all she wrote for Quizno’s.
I remember my homie worked for Quizno’s and wouldn’t even hook it up with a free sandwich. Quizno’s sucks (but I still have a soft spot in my heart for the turkey, bacon, avocado).
