Amazing. Didn’t way over charge, super friendly and helpful, never tries to upsale or sell useless stuff. Never have I ever been hooked up at film tools but it seems like every time I got to Quixote I leave with a few awesome free things just because.

I’m not in «the business» or «the industry» so when I was asked to rent some stuff for a product shoot, I was apprehensive of my experience. I went through Quixote and wow were they nice! Over the phone, the person taking my order was great, he guided me through the steps, followed up with an email summary and invoice and made paying for the whole thing a breeze.
When it came time to pick up the equipment, I got a little lost in the building and someone on the property was quick to assist and make sure I was going the right way. Pick-​up was easy and the staff even helped me get the stuff into my compact car.
Drop-​off was just as painless and easy. Look forward to using Quixote again!
