I was tremendously disappointed. MY favorite clothes WAS ruined. In the past three months I had my high end silk bouse runined by them. First item was lost. I erroneously gave them another chance. The second miss, was my Kate Spade silk blouse. They had misshandeled it and put a pen mark on it. The owner did not take any responsibility. She suggested I start buying polyester blouses or she could give me a bib. Beware of the rude owner.

This place is great! The service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The store owner is very welcoming and I was in and out in no time. It’s nice to see that customer service is still important. It’s equally nice to see a family owned business thrive.

I really wanted to give this place a good review because they are so friendly and have such good prices! Unfortunately I can’t because of the low quality of their service. Not only did they loose a radio button with sentimental value that was on one of my blazers, but somehow all of my clothes came back smelling like cigarettes! And let’s be clear: I don’t smoke nor do I hang around anyone who does! How did that even happen? Were they like smoking in the cleaners? Did they clean my stuff with that of a smokers? Sadly I won’t be going back.

This place had the best prices and quickest turn around service in the Los Angeles, South Pasadena and Alhambra area. Furthermore, Graciela, the store manager is very polite and kind. I noticed she greets customers that walk in by their last name. In by 8:50AM ready after 4PM the same day.
