The staff was rude, the wait was long and the parking lot had stray dogs on the roof of the next dog building that made it smell like dog feces.

I give this place no stars you should steer clear of this place, first off there is no place to park the lot only holds nine cars and they share it with a Chinese fast food restaurant not to mention employee’s parking there also. Secondly there computer systems do not work; I hear the receptionists ask each other if there computers are working and there response is «no». So aside from that trouble you have the front desk ladies treating patients with very little courtesy also rude and unpleasant. So I would definitely go somewhere else from now on. ps. Watch out for the blonde haired girl she will add to your headaches.

I give this quest diagnostics four stars, I came in with my daughter on a Thursday The staff are great and very helpful only thing I didn’t really like was it was slow it’s took long just to call my daughter in but that’s not the bad part. what made them take forever was their computers. The computers kept crashing so they had to restart the whole program and fill everything again that’s what made them take forever so it’s not so much for their staff that slow it’s their computers that keep backing them up.

This lab is almost impossible to get to if you are driving because here is no parking. The lot is private and so small it only holds about four cars. Also, the lot is shared with a chinese restaurant next door. Once inside there are a million people! I don’t know why this place is so busy!
