Quest Diagnostics

This review is directed towards Quest Diagnostics as a whole. You guys are HORRIBLE. Long holds on the phone, an indifference to what my inquiries & concerns are and, from my experience, just looking for a way to get my money. I really hope to never deal with your company again. Also, if you’re considering using Quest, don’t.

Everyone here was kind and patient. I get really nervous about having blood drawn and they actually made the experience semi pleasant. The office was clean and well lit and I was in and out in about 40 minutes without an appointment. Thanks!

Only 1 employee handling the office including blood draws and customer service. The girl is very nice but she can only do so much by herself only. Poor management organization. They should hire at least one more person to help at front desk and do draws. Office is newly renovated but wait time exceeds average wait. This is 2^nd time I am bringing my uncle here for routine lab work and the issue still persists. Hopefully their management will read this and consider hiring one more person.

So I made an appointment two weeks ago for my daughter’s blood work. Chose this location since its 5 mins from my house. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:21am. They finally called us in the room at 8:51am. The receptionist is also the phlebotomist. There should be another person helping out. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I should have been able to be in and out. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t take you in when your time is up. Ugh! Did I mention my 9 year old is fasting and HUNGRY! So after 20 mins of waiting, I asked the worker how much longer, she replied 10 more mins. I told her my appointment was at 8:30am. All she said was maybe sooner. Ugh! Very, very disappointed. My daughter was finally seen at 9:12am. She finally appologized saying there’s only one person and that’s the reason for the wait. I still don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment when they just go down the list of first come first serve as you sign in. Finally out after 45 mins. Two stars for the location.
