I use to be a long time customer here at this location and I also went to their location which is on 42nd and Broadway. I came into their Manchester shop and the lady that was suppose to do my pedicure had me to sit in the spa chair had my feet in water for 20mins and to do God knows what to only Coke back and tell me that her appointment had came and can I get my nails did first. Prior to this incident I would get my acrylic nails did here as well to only get FUNGUS! This location is going down hill and it’s apparent and obvious that customer care is no concern to them! I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

I moved recently to this area in Los Angeles and decidded to look for my go to shop but this place is not the deal the service is not good my nails were very wrong done and worst of all they have no proper sanitacion they do not properly cover the pedicure spa to prevent any infections or fungus im never going back

I just got off the plane and needed a pedi/​mani bad while my guy got his hair cut next door. I asked if they had a plastic that goes over the spa chair tub. Response «no but they will clean the tub in front of me» that was sweet and they tried to accommodate me but I don’t like using the tubs due to bacteria. The did have the classic alternative =plastic bag wrapped around square bucket. Not a problem with me.
They cleaned the tools in front of me as requested.
The place is busy and although the lady doing my nails and feet didn’t speak much English we were able to understand each other during small talk.
Outcome– nails and feet were perfect

They open the shop at 10:12 am, horrible service and nail artist didn’t understand english. I will never go again. I will never recommend this place. Plus they we trying to over charges me.

This place is excellent! Before moving, I had used the same nail salon for over 15 years.
The staff here is very professional, well trained, efficient, and friendly. The prices are reasonable and in line with current market rates. I will be a repeat customer!

Loved the service. My first time coming here. And I was in and out fast I got a pedicure and manicure for $ 36 total. My nails came out nice. Thank you staff.

Best nail shop. Been going to the queens nails on broadway & 42nd for 18yrs.. I love Mrs. Kim she the only person that can do my pedicures. She been doing them for 7yrs. If u go join there queen rewards.

Well… This is my 1st time here, I went in for a Pedicure. Left w/​a pedicure, full set & eyebrow arch.
Pedicure-​Only complaint is Kim didn’t give a GooD foot scrub, but gave a Wonderful foot/​leg massage.
Nails-​Short/​curve-​he was so slow & not as Good as he claimed to be. Disappointed!
Eyebrows-​I usually only let one person do because mine are very thin & grow crazy, Helen who does mine Nails On L.A. in Compton is The Best! Anyway, this Lady claimed she would «Make them Nice» then when I told her they were Ugly I knew I shouldn’t have (she blamed my Eyebrows!) Disappointed!
Overall…Big/Roomy & they offer Massages, Facials, Gel Nails, Eyebrow tattooing for $ 100(I really want).I Might go back for a Pedicure cause I can guide her on scrubbing my heels betterMy polish color is Banging though Deep Lavender!

I have been here two times already.
This place is very spacious from the inside. From the moment you go in you get greeted by the manager or employees. They will ask you what service would you be needing. Before you even take a seat they will ask you to pick a nail polish color so you could be all set and ready with that. Very nice workers working in this facility. Service was great so far.
FYI:
— Parking could be a problem since they share parking spaces with other small stores around.
— They accept credit or debit.
