Pronto’s Burgers

I would give no stars if I could. They drive thru girl was rude ass hell. I ordered food and had to bring it back twice. When it wasn’t right the last time she said I couldn’t bring it back. Never again will I spend my money here

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in South Los Angeles; over the past two years has gone down in quality, and taste in the food truck after 9 continues. To serve hard meat to their customers. I recently went to the restaurant ordered a chili cheese fries small, and a cheeseburger when I got home and open my cheeseburger. I had a plastic tab in my burger the bread tab that keeps the Bread closed it was highly visible, and could not be missed by the chef. Highly disappointed I called and the girl who answered play dumb to the fact. That we did not speak and that I did not come to the restaurant. Whenever i will not return to the burger place and I do not recommend anyone go to Pancho’s or Panchos food truck after dark.

I’m speechless about this place. The service was nice and the ladies were nice too but the food? Are you kidding me? I honestly don’t know what people are writing good reviews about the food! We stopped here because we wanted to try a new place quick before a baseball game. Never again will I return. We ordered chilaquiles (which were basically Doritos covered in canned «tomato» sauce, also a small burger and some huevos rancheros… Food was salty, beans were clearly canned and who puts American cheese on huevos rancheros???
Very disappointed to say the least. Definitely will not becoming back.

Decided to drive out here to try the breakfast today. Just as the afternoon food the breakfast was outstanding. Again great food and great service a must try place for any time of the day meal and they also have their own taco truck that sets up around 5 pm in the parking lot to serve the same great food from inside on the outside. Don’t know how long at night the have it open but I will have to try it as well

Have lived in the area for over 4 years and first time trying this place out. If forced to go to fast food we usually go to Toms but this place is much better. My husband ordered the «padrino» burrito and said it was amazing. I ordered the patty melt for the first time in my life and it was exactly what I needed. The bread was nice and toasted with the right amount of butter. The cheese was regular yellow cheese but let me tell you that it just melted in my mouth. Overall let’s be honest it’s still fast food joint but it’s way better than Toms or Jack in the Box.

Just Left there Ordered A breakfast burrito and took them 20mins to fix it the Staff was too busy clowning around looking at me like why Am I looking at them like they were crazy… Staff was going back a fourth giggling from the back to the front took them 10 mins to even start my food. I live right around the corner staying away from them from now on.

I like going here because of their burgers but if you want tacos or burrittos you should go somewhere else becasue the meat is shredded into little pieces and its not the way i like my taco or burritto.

Great customer service. The fries were good, the burgers patties might need a lil more seasoning. Thousand island is not legit. They must mix it with something. I might come back to try some other dishes. They have so many different dishes.

I just have bought some chili cheese fries at this location they taste nasty as hell never going to that spot again first time I go awful nasty ass fries

The food was good… I had just a hamburger special… no complaints… nothing bad to say. I WOULD GO BACK!!!

Great tacos! Drive-​through! and debit accepted! F**k the foos that posted 1 star! Who the f**k is allergic of tomatoes lol! And the other dude who the hell wants shell tacos!

Just down right TERRIBLE !! STAY AWAY! Horrible food! Horrible service! The employees barely speak English and just says «yes and ok» to everything u ask! I ordered steak nachos and I told the lady that was taking my order and the lady that was cooking that I wanted the nachos without the salsa because I’m allergic to tomatoes and in response the 2 of them just looked at me very strangely and shook their heads up and down. When I finally get my order I check if it’s right and what do I see right off the bat! A pile of salsa on top of the nachos! So I take it back and the lady doesn’t even apologize, she just looked at me, took the bag and started speaking in Spanish to the cooks in the back… So now after waiting for them to fix my order I get my nachos and there’s no salsa. Perfect… Right?! Wrong! Everything was unbearably dry and old… The nachos weren’t fresh at all, they were like chewing on plastic. There were no nacho cheese whatsoever, they used the cheap shredded cheese that barely melts. The streak was of the lowest quality of beef. It was rubbery and dry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOME PLACE ELSE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE GETS SHUTDOWN! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED… STAY AWAY

Def the best breakfast burritos in at least a 5 mile radius. Heavy, thick, and So good. Get either ham, bacon, or sausage for under $ 5. OR get any combination of those, or all three for the same price. Theyre heavy handed on the cheese, which I like but just heads up to request that if you want less cheese.
If youre coming during breakfast hours call in your order to save time.

Don’t go for the gringos tacos they are not the business but the rest is good. Especially the taco stand outside is good

I was starving so for lunch I decided I want to get pastrami sandwich. This is a hole in the wall type of place. The drive was a little weird so I went into the restaurant. I waited for a while inthe line that said, order are here. I seen the cooks cooking looking over at me periodically. I was like, am I in the right line to place an order? Magically the waitress appeared to take my order taker order
I Went to the other line to pick up my pastrami, some peppers and sat in my car and ate my food. It was really really tasty, but I should have told them more mustard…

So I was driving home and was deciding whether to have prontos because it is close to where I live, or King taco which is farther then where I live. I decided prontos. I ordered the
2 hardshell chicken tacos with rice and beans. The $ cost was surprisingly expensive.. $ 8 dollars and some change, o.k. fine.
I got home and was ready for a treat, what I found was 2 oily soggy ass tacos with lettuce and cheese. No tom, no sour cream, and the «hardshell» lol ’ was a oily soggy tortilla. The rice taste burned, and the beans were still a bit raw and crunchy!
The chicken was drenched in oil, so disgusting and so much of a waste of money. I refuse to let people go through what I did.
STAY AWAY. … King Taco is only 12 minutes away and they have cheaper and better food! Prontos you suck!!! Stick to the burgers because you guys dropped the ball with Mexican food.

I needed to buy lunch and found this restaurant close by. I can only speak for the drive thru. I’m not gonna lie, their drive thru takes a some time, but it’s understandable because it takes longer to cook these meals compared to a fast food chain. I ordered the burrito combo, and their burritos are heavy, I mean that quite literally. There’s a well balanced ratio of meat, rice, and beans in there. I was only able to finish half of it and saved the rest for later. The fries are the nice thick crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside kind, delicious. The horchata wasn’t watered down, which is always a plus.
I was most impressed by the care they put in when you order drive thru. A lot of times you need to ask people at the window and double check you got your ketchup and napkin and whatnot. This place already had two bundles of chili peppers, ketchup packets, some sort of dipping sauce, salsa, enough napkins, straw for the drink and eating utensils already packed. I didn’t even mention anything and by the time the lady handed my order to me she quickly mentioned she put some chili peppers and everything else already in the bag. Of course I assumed she gave me the bare minimum or missing something and drove off anyway, but when I got to opening the bag and pulled out everything inside, it was like she packed lunch for her own kid. She made sure I had everything I needed to make my lunch enjoyable and complete.

i went there for the first time saturday had the padriino burrito and it was really good. no complaints. staff was nice and helpful. will go back. tip– dont go thriugh the drive thru i think they take waaay longer ;)
