This place was a bit hard to find. I came here for pre-​employment drug testing. The parking was smallish & cramped. The interior of the facility was typical of any health clinic (sterile, white walls & floors everywhere). Plenty of seating, & the employees were nice.

Friendly staff, but what a long wait to be seen by the Dr. I can’t comment on insurance because workers comp is paying for my visits.

Beware — if they claim that they cannot reach your insurance at the moment, and ask you to pay out of pocket — walk out.
Unfortunately I was in pain on a Sunday and didn’t have the energy to find/​drive to somewhere else that would be open. The office is clean, and the staff at the front was friendly, however they said that the server for my insurance was down. I paid the normal price out of pocket, but they insisted that they would bill my insurance and reimburse me if I overpaid.
I had to call their billing department (which is not at this same location) three times and one month later, it was finally processed… however, looking at the statement, I should’ve paid almost $ 100 less. Have I received a check for the difference? Nope. Will I be coming back here again? Certainly not.
