It’s a family run business, Very easy to do business with. Very attentive to details,(and I had a lot of changes) but they always picked up the phone when I called right away. Many previous printers I had to wait for return calls that sometimes were an hour later or more. In addition to being prompt Raffaella helps me with my design logos for my clients and her intuitive design talent shines. She was an interior decorator in her past business dealings. A business colleague directed me to the Print Matrix and I have used them ever since. I manage many events for clients and turn around time is imperative. I highly recommend them for their embroidery on polos, shirts, and hats. Love Raffa and Carlo.
