While roaming around LA’s Grand Central Market, I came across this little gem. It was exactly what I needed, because I was starting to experience early stages of the flu while on this business trip. I immediately realized this was my golden ticket in getting some vitamins in me as well as enjoying some awesome smoothies! After talking to the sweet young lady behind the bar, she recommended the vitalize C drink which was loaded with all the right vitamins needed to wash away my sickness. Of course I expected some very unappealing and non tasty smoothie, but was I wrong. I got a 16 oz drink filled with various fruits and vitamins that tasted superb. Of course I downed in very quickly and found myself quite satisfied with one, but would’ve loved to try some more! The overall cost for the drink was very on par with all of the ingredients added in my opinion($ 9.00). I would highly suggest stopping by if in need of a great smoothie at a relatively low cost. The Press Brothers Juicery service and products will not disappoint!

Stopped by to get myself a juice I was looking for a carrot juice and I went with«charge» which had carrots, Apple, lemon, ginger and celery was delicious and no additives so that’s a plus. And the cashier lady was a sweetheart she also offered samples so I can make up my mind. I will be returning every time I can make it to central market.

The line moves pretty fast even though there was only one person working. We got the two popsicles since it was a warm day, Liquid Gold — YUMMY! It has Apple, Lemon, Mint, Agave, and Pineapple in it. The popsicle itself isn’t too big, but the flavors were great. You can definitely tell that the popsicles were made with real juice. Splash — It has Apple, Strawberry, Kiwi, Lime, and Agave in it. Personally preferred the liquid gold better since I like the sour, and minty taste. Will be back to try their juices!

$ 6 for a small bottle of juice seemed insane, but getting a bottle of Liquid Gold was one of the best decisions of my day. It’s super sweet(with like 30+g of sugar), but dear jesus was it tasty. It made for a nice diversion as we waited in line for Egg Slut and the guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful.

Really good juices and smoothies. Located right next to eggslut in grand central market which makes it super clutch. The Popsicles are pretty good.

There’s nothing more LA than getting yourself a pressed juice and an Eggslut(next door) in the morning for breakfast. I got the Liquid Gold which has pineapples, apples, lemon an mint. Pretty much tasted like a mojito which I love. Sure, it’s expensive, but it was really good. I hope that it was at least good for me, which I’m sure it was for that price. Worth the occasional splurge.

Delicious delicious all fruit and fresh ingredient Popsicles! Even at 10 am the refreshing watermelon Popsicle made of watermelon and mint was the perfect thing I needed to survive the 90 degree weather. They also have $ 2 fresh ginger shots! Such a good deal :)

$ 6-$ 9 for small to medium bottle(Think Jamba Juice Mini’s) Liquid Gold was a bit sweet for my tastes with the pineapple flavor masking out any trace of the mint. It was still quite good however and I gulped it down to wash down the heavy offerings at the nearby Egg Slut. My sister had the Balance and while it was the opposite in terms of sweetness I liked this one a lot better as the cucumber, kale, and celery were more prominent. While I usually steer away from the veggie/cleanse drinks like the Balance it was actually pretty light and easy to drink. Skip the sweet drinks which can err on the side of cloying and grab the healthier alternatives instead.

As good as it gets! Best of the best($ 6 small/$ 8 Large) Liquid Gold — when I want energy and digestive help Dr. Green — When I want to boost my immune system Sweet Green — When I want to be healthy but also want something sweet. OJ — When I want a quick energy boost Rescue and SOS Tonic — When I’m feeling run down($ 5 – 8) People often don’t understand cold pressed juices and why they are so expensive. This place serves organic goods. Non-organic produce is at its worst when it’s juiced because you are getting higher concentrations of pesticides that go straight into your system. There are around 2 pounds of produce in these juices. You would never be able to eat all that in one sitting. Since it is cold pressed, heat and oxygen(which degrade the vitamins and enzymes) are minimized and the nutrients are more potent for a longer period. You still want to drink these within 2 – 3 days and keep them refrigerated. Their stand is on the edge of the market on broadway so it’s great for grabbing and going. They also have a frequent customer reward system.

Not sure I need to write a long review for this so I’ll keep it simple: +Your typical fresh juice stand located in grand central market +Nice selection, a little bit on the sweeter side to me +Decently priced, comparative to other juice spots If you want pressed juice, this place does the trick.

Yesterday I tried Press Brothers Juicery for the first time and from what I tried it was really good! Press Brothers Juicery is located inside the Grand Central Market, but if you are too far from the store or don’t want to deal with LA drivers they do sell their drinks in various realtors in LA — like Kettled Glazed, THe Oaks Gourmet, Auntie Em’s Kitchenette, Urban Radish, Muddy Paw Coffee, Coffee Commissary at Siren Studios, and also Union Station-East Portal! I tried the Balance greens drink and it was just very refreshing and delicious! It contains cucumber, apple, celery, kale, lemon, parsley, and ginger! It was very refreshing from the cucumber & celery, then the slight sweetness from the apple & lemon, and that little kick from the ginger! The ingredients just really worked so well together that I would go back to get it again and also try their other drinks as well. My only critique is that it is a bit pricey. I ordered my drink in a small(12 oz) and it was $ 6. I usually get my juices from Pressed Juicery(Glendale or Pasadena locations) and for almost the same price you get a little more of the drink than what Press Brothers Juicery gives. But I would still go back, I do want to try their Liquid Gold and their Charge!

OBSESSED. While humoring my husband’s request to brave the Eggslut line(like everyone else), I noticed this juice stand and decided to pick up a couple of bottles, especially at the Happy Hour price. I tried Liquid Gold(pineapple, apple, lemon, mint) and Sweet Greens(pineapple, cucumber, kale and ginger). I haven’t had juice this good since Just Juice-It closed down in the next city over. Too bad I’m from NorCal — I would have this regularly if I could! Hope you guys ship out to my neck of the woods someday!

I’ve never been a big fan for paying for expensive and beverages that I can do myself in my home with a little effort. However, I have to say if I were ever more into cold pressed juices, Press Brothers would be one option that I would go back to constantly. Their selection is good especially for the size of their operation. However I feel what sets this place apart is their customer service. So friendly and patient and more than willing to go over options with you. I think their location at the Grand Central Market is both a luxury and a curse. People might get turned off by the long lines at Eggslut, but it also gives them a lot of exposure to Press Brothers. In the end, it’s really about the service and I think this place is head and shoulders above the rest.

At $ 6 to $ 9 a bottle no wonder they try to bribe you with their samples as you’re waiting in line for Eggslut. Because you’re thirsty and can’t go anywhere. I found their Apple ginger to be kind of bland with a weird lingering after ginger taste. My friend tried the Liquid Gold and said it tasted like a weird Jamba Juice elixir for whatever that’s worth. For the price to taste ratio, it’s not worth it in my opinion.
